Really bad and rude customer service in Piccadilly shop! Mess management! And so unprofessional customer services! Especially the assistant manager named Giedie.
The waitress over charge me 5 ponds, and he said he "forgot he give the change to me or not", then he decide to give 5 ponds back to me by himself(he admit he forgot), the assistant manager came and said to the waitress"you don't need to do that, it is not your mistake", then she told me rudely that theonly way she can do is waiting at least two days for checking the CCTV, and see what she can do next. I explained to her we are traveling to London, we don't want to come back London just because 5 ponds. She still insist the only way can solve the problem is two days later checking the CCTV. I asked if possible talk to her manager, finally, the manager came, and he told me he can do is the same, and told me the till is missing 3 ponds, and a lot of people want to stole money from the till.
We were so disappointed by Itsu, because the staff in this shop is so unprofessional, firstly, how can a waitress forgot whether he give back the change or not( I'm really sure he didn't give my 5 ponds change back); Secondly, how can a assistant manager attitude so rude and insolent?Also, the manager never ever consider about a little bit about customer, never thinking about customer's inconvenience; Thirdly, they are so uneffecitly to solveing a problem, they told us they "need at least 2 days to check the CCTV to see what they can do next for us next.
I went Itsu for eating, no any fault, why I lost 5 ponds just because waitres unprofessional? Why I need Pay for the mess management and the rude service? And waiting a result that maybe...
Read moreI am a regular at this Itsu. Salmon and avo rolls are the best thing there. Not only do i come for the sushi but the service as well. Not sure if this is the correct place to tell the manager of this store but I want to give a massive shout out to the Destiny, Ivan, Naz and Chelsea (Not sure if i spelt their names correctly) They are the most kindest servers i have encountered whilst living in London. Not only are they helpful but they are extremely polite and humorous. We are always chit chatting and laughing. I am an older lady but despite that i get along with them surprisingly well. I always see them laughing and smiling with each other as well as the customers that they are serving and that’s what customer service is all about. Read moreI have an allergy to sesame seeds, but staff at this Piccadilly branch seemed to think it unimportant to check this correctly when I pointed it out 3 times last night. One lady merely turned around, looked at the pictures in a bothered way and proclaimed: No there are no sesames on the hot food menu. Even though I conscientiously mentioned it 2 more times to be sure (both cashiers had similar responses): there were sesame seeds and/or oil in my meal, causing an allergic reaction.
So careless and dangerous. The response when flagged to the manager about my allergic reaction was underwhelming and not even genuinely concerned. The solution offered was that he would train them. Which leads you to think that they weren't trained at all.
