Just Pizza Plus (Pizza, Fried Chicken, Doner Kebab) — Restaurant in London

I will totally recommend just pizza plus , we have been ordering from them for last year and at least 2-3 times a month and the food is always piping hot and tasty. Tonight we had an issue with the order for the first time since using them, after explaining what the issue was within 15 minutes a delivery driver turned up with the replacement item and was very professional about it. Things do sometimes go wrong , I get that but it’s how you deal with it that makes you stand out, good or bad , happily I can say the just pizza plus team did a great job sorting and resolving the issue.

I also recommend using their own app which works well and has more selection than any of the main food apps and is cheaper as they don’t charge...

I am absolutely appalled and shocked by the way we have been treated by this business, after being a customer for over 4 years and keeping up with their constant mental mood swings and prices changes, I politely confronted them about a mix up with my order and was asked to return pizza for a refund or exchange, I politely declined and asked for my money back, The man who processed the order threatened to come to our house and stated he knew where we lived because my husband asked him not to call him “bro” The owner turned up after we called police claiming that he doesn’t know who this man is and not seen him before, even though iv seen him before! I was left shaken but reassured by police they would look into it. This is no way to behave,...

regular customer, been ordering from here for over 10 years but very disappointed when phoned up today for them to order a medium pizza and premium garlic bread and get told its £15.99 when we nomally phone up and and order xl pizza with premium garlic bread and its only £14.99, when i questioned this they said its because they have had to pay there drivers more, so cant give discount because of bad weather, so there regular customers have to suffer because of there choice to pay there drivers more, so basically they dont care about there regular customer!!! well they have denfinately lost a customer after how they have just treated me!!! disgraceful After 10 years...
