I am writing this with a very heavy heart after an incredibly disappointing and hurtful experience at your establishment.

The staff member present during our visit—specifically a lady whose name we unfortunately did not get—was shockingly rude to us. She insisted on a mandatory service charge and made it very clear that if we didn’t agree to pay it, we would not be served. She even told us we could leave if we had an issue with it.

We had traveled a very long distance to dine here, and we were genuinely looking forward to the experience. Instead, we were made to feel unwelcome, embarrassed, and humiliated. The way she spoke to us, her tone, and even the way she made faces—it was nothing short of disrespectful.

We ended up staying, eating, and paying the full bill (including the service charge), but the emotional toll of that interaction has stayed with us. I cannot overstate how hurtful it was to be treated that way, especially in a setting where hospitality should be the norm.

I sincerely hope you will address this matter with the seriousness it deserves. No guest should ever have to leave a restaurant feeling humiliated or disrespected.
