Parma Wood Oven Pizza (Hammersmith) — Restaurant in London

I have placed 6 orders at this location before and every time I ordered cash the delivery person did not have the exact change. The second to last time he took £8. However, to my surprise, I placed an order and it was refused. According to the email, they did not deliver to my area and they told me over the phone that they did not have a driver. However, I realized that they did not accept the last order because it was not “large” and the amount they were used to me always ordering. I sent 2 different email to tell that’s wrong in my delivery and no one replay to me. First delivery arrived 45 min later, the delivery man don’t have glue here he have to go and the pizza was very cold. After few days I ordered again the same deal as the first delivery, for this time pizza arrived on time, warm, very delicious BUT in wrong size. Very SMALL I didn’t have enough pizza to serve my guest. Ordered a pepperoni late night. Was a bit worried given some of the reviews. It was good. The price was right and it arrived quickly. Compare the price of the big chain versus Parma. It's eye watering what the chain is asking. Parma's pie is not a pizza in Napoli, but that's not what you should expect. That's the vibe you get from some of the reviews. The Oak is right across the street which does a great pizza in store and very traditional to Napoli style. The Oak's pizza's don't translate well to delivery.
