First of all thank you KFC workers for checking out on us this is totally not your fault but I have to write this review in to protect our families because what happened today wasn’t acceptable i am still in scare and shock and lucky that nothing happened police was called made complaint to KFC office because they need to be aware of this situations check cctv do something about it to protect public children people need security in this KFC.
First of all I walked into kfc with 3 children 2 adults as we walked in a thug walked into KFC with a large dog inside went to a side table with the dog acting weird then kfc staff told him he had to leave he left with no problem but he was shaking his body looking around dangerously don’t know what he was doing then he left 2mins later he come back with 1 more man total 2 man 1 dog inside kfc getting all the chairs blocking the door so nobody escapes and said what a good day today so many children aswell and stacking chairs behind the entrance door when I heard the man say that I told the kids and my friend to go into the toilets with me as we was going into the toilets the man’s went into the kitchen we locked our self in the toilets called police was on the phone to police I thought it was our last day I didn’t know what was happening inside I just thought ye his killing them we wasn’t safe then two kfc workers after 10mins came into the toilets looking for us and said it’s safe to come out I come out and then we took our stuff and left I don’t know what happened how they left was to scared and shocked I just wanted to be out of there I think police still went this shouldn’t be happening the kids were crying please families avoid this kfc it’s not kfc fault but it’s totally a thug area went leyton leisure centre after a swim hungry but no no no please avoid totally thug area wish I knew before was my first time and last time workers and customers need to be safe you either shut this place or put security and protect public but to be honest 1 security won’t be enough you have many thugs ,they scared to kill because they plan was hurt the kids I heard them I thought a terrorist attack we can’t come out but we did thank god hopefully they rot in hell and prison...
Read moreI don’t normally write reviews, but this KFC on Lea Bridge deserves one for how unbelievably bad our experience was. I went with my family recently through the drive-thru and ordered mini fillet burgers — expecting the usual hot, fresh food. Instead, what we got was completely unacceptable.
The burgers were stone cold, not even warm — proper cold like they’d been sitting there for ages. We went back to the window and politely told the staff what happened. The cashier, Rabia, said they would replace the burgers with fresh ones. Fair enough, we waited thinking they’d fix the issue.
But when we got the replacements, they were even colder than the first batch! Literally unbelievable. The bread was cold, the chicken inside was hard and lifeless, and the whole thing looked like it came straight out of the fridge. This wasn’t a small mistake — it showed zero care or quality control from the kitchen or management.
We even have the receipt as proof, and yes, we did get a refund in the end — but that’s not the point. The fact that we had to go through this whole hassle just to get inedible cold food twice in a row says everything about how this branch is being run.
The cashier Rabia clearly didn’t seem bothered either — no apology, no proper customer service, just handed the refund like it was a normal everyday complaint. It honestly felt like they couldn’t care less about serving customers properly.
This is hands down the worst KFC branch I’ve ever been to. The food was disgusting, cold, and clearly not fresh. The staff attitude was careless, and the overall service was shocking. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone — save your time and go to another KFC that actually serves hot food and treats customers with basic respect.

Read moreI normally don't leave reviews but here's what happened. I came home quite late so I decided to order online so I don't eat too late. However my order failed, fair enough, bad stuff happens. However I wasn't notified at all, and now I'm eating way later than if I cooked my own meal when I arrived home.
I realise now that it's partly my fault for unticking the box allowing KFC to email me, but there needs to be a way to choose what they contact me about. Maybe there was when I created my account but there isn't that option on the KFC account page now. At the moment of creating my account, I was only concerned about preventing them from spamming me with ads as businesses do, but apparently they meant they weren't going to contact me at all, even about my order.
I tried to contact them through a more direct way than a Google review through their contact us webpage and after answering a few questions about my order, it told me to contact them via my order confirmAAAAAtion. Well I didn't get any email at all so I went to the order summary webpage instead, in which the only inquiries link I found led me back to the same contact us webpage. So I can only give feedback if I let them spam me.
I swear I've seen this trick before in other places but KFC? One of my favourite fast food places bruh. I'm just disappointed and that's a huge shame since their food is bussin'.
