KFC Leytonstone - High Road — Restaurant in London

Im a loyal customer and I notes is like 2 groups of stuff , 1 is always cleaning , working and taking care of customers, and the other group is talking all in their languages , playing with phones, people waiting a lot, that stuff is loud , laughing and having expressions, 2 blonde girls shout of emotion while my and my husband were eating , nd the resin was cuz one of their friends came around , they open the door and brought him inside and been talking for a long while people was waiting. The same 2 girls other they cross the kitchen zone without tide the hair without any protection. I don’t know if you have any cameras to see how everything works. I Shared my issues with staff, I had with my last online order via Justeat whereby, I was given the wrong order. I expressed my concerns of things running out in the store such as ketchup, mayonnaise, pepsi and beans. In a polite and light manner. I also informed them the last bucket I had consisted of 4 breast and 3 wing chicken pieces and was not happy that so many dry pieces of meat was in the box. Today,I was shocked to come home and the 10 piece family feast had 3 Breast pieces when I spoke to them and informed the staff I didn't was any breast pieces in my box. Chips and chicken were incredibly oily and soggy. Never again, they don't listen to customer request. Avoid Leytonstone branch- awful service. I order 3 meals, came home and noticed that they gave 3 drinks but 2 meals. I called them and explained the situation. They asked me to come with receipt to collect my missing meal. Number 1 they have not give me my receipts, number 2: I am going to go 20 minutes plus 20 minutes return to get my missing meal. What type of customer service is this. They are not happy to deliver when I asked to be delivered. Awful customer service. The manager was rude on the phone. Rather than apologising she was saying come with your receipt constantly. Rude rude rude. Never ever visit this store again. Will be writing formal complain letter to head office too.
