A HAPPY BUNNY! Found this lovely eatery on Instagram, the pictures of the food looked good so thought I’d give it a try out . The Rabbit’s location is in Leytonstone High Rd opposite the church. The front of the restaurant has a covered decked terrace which is very inviting and inside newly refurbished, it’s bright, clean & modern. There’s lots of delicious sounding options on the menu , breakfasts , sandwiches, steaks and grills , pastas and fish so something to please most people.
I opted for the Rabbit Breakfast , a very nicely presented plate of eggs , sausages , hash browns, beans , grilled tomatoes ,avocado ( garlicky guacamole) with salad and toast . Overall it was a bit of a strange combination but very tasty all the same and at £8.90 with tea or coffee it’s superb value for money. The staff are very friendly...
Read moreThis is a great place. We went on a friday evening and the restaurant was empty ( very surprising). The place and furniture was also cosy and comfortable. It was also warm inside( we went on a winter night) . The service was great and the waiter paid attention to requests, clarifying any hiccups. She also updated us on progress of our food. The food itself was good. I got the ribs with coleslaw and topped with some fries. Very delicious. I also had a steak salad. Steak was too good but greens were a bit dry. I had a safe sex mocktail which tasted amazingggg. It was made from fresh fruits as I could taste the richness in the orange flavour. Very lovely place and affordable too. Would recommend to visit if...

The meals unfortunately were a little disappointing, although the portion size was very generous. The American Breakfast came with pancakes so hard we could barely cut them, hash browns were deep fried and greasy, scrambled eggs weren't whisked prior to frying, bacon and sausages weren't of fantastic quality either. The shakshouka came on a plate, wasn't baked and was a bit sloppy - I'd expect it served in the pot it...
