KFC North Finchley - High Road — Restaurant in London

Incompetent, useless and thieving are the three words I will use to describe this place. Usually in any given franchise, service is reasonably good and orders are dispatched quickly, but there are exceptions. This branch is an example of an exception to this rule. The place dishonestly placed an order as being "On the way" when in actual fact the dispatch never happened in the first place. When questioned about the whereabouts of the order, staff showed no remorse, which reflects a possibility that such malpractice happens more than I would like to think. No attempt was made by staff to contact the delivery driver, and no apologies were made.

The only reason why I give this place One Star is because I am obliged to give at least one star to write this review. I would like to comment about the quality of the food, but unfortunately I do not have that in front of me.

Today: I just bought Mighty bucket with latte for £5.89/- as my dinner to vent out my stress and depression but the food I ate is terrible & I got diarrhoea immediately after eating this KFC food. Same cashier served me with rough face & never changed his behaviour whom I reported to KFC 8 months ago! He also was rude to another customer who asked to topup his soft drinks as it was just water from the conversation that I heard from both of them. Another person works over there was literally flirting with 2 girls which were very obvious. KFC - it’s really high time to take an action at the earliest possible rather than bring sorry later for sure.

8 months ago: The cashier at till is required to attend the customer satisfaction course to deal with the customers properly. We ordered zinger burgers for our family from KFC (the branch in North Finchley) today and absolutely appalled at what we received! It is not that we’ve had good experience in the past with KFC North Finchley, it has always been poor but today we might have forgotten that whilst placing the order.

The burgers came burnt so burnt fried chicken in burger buns!!!! What were you guys thinking when you packed the food for us….we did not order free food…we just like any customer paid for it….to receive burnt, inedible, food!!!

Also, tried to call your number provided on google but it doesn’t seem to be the correct number.

Whoever is the Manager or management needs to seriously think about this…..or I guess ignore it but these reviews and the ones below do tell a story so shouldn’t be ignored!
