German Doner Kebab (GDK) — Restaurant in London

Ordered a take away and the spring rolls was really bitter. I tried calling them twice but no one answered. On my way to Tesco, I went inside store to inform them about the bitter spring rolls. Instead of sorry, I received really bad behaviour from a male staff and the manager Ms Manisha. The male staff demand not request to see my bank statement as proof to see that I bought food from them. I showed him the bank statement on my phone and call history, but he seems disinterested. The manager walked in and continue rudely about loosing my receipt. I told still politely that I do not thing I have but just now your colleague asked me to show my bank statement and I did. The take away price was only 5 pound something and for that instead of saying sorry they behaved rudely, I mentioned to the male staff and the Ms Manisha that I do not want a refund or free food and she replied it is your wish and walked off. A simple sorry was enough but I guess German Donar mission is Customer service dose not matter and good staff behaviour is out of syllabus for them. I have to say that I am disappointed overall. I ordered large beef doner and 100g of extra beef meet with all the salad. The food arrived cold and the portion size was very small. To say that I was given an extra 100g grams of meat on a large portion of German Doner is untrue, and I hardly received any salad at all with it other than some red cabbage, 4 or 5 tiny bits of cucumber 2 slices of tomatoes and 1 or 2 half onion half moons. It is difficult to not feel cheated on my order after paying for an extra 100 grams of meat and on my large order along with fries that were medium Mac D’s fries and was also cold on arival. I am probably going to need to eat again this evening!!

See for yourselves guys, pictures included after i had eaten 3 bites out if it. I was still hungry afterwards.

On the upside, the Doner meat was tasty! Its just the amount of food that was given was far too small, tiny amount salad and it arriving alomst stone cold that let it all...

Ordered online, took ages so called the restaurant and they said it was problem with app nothing they can do, fair enough until I get notification it's on its way, called restaurant again to check it's not the same food that's been waiting for 40/50 minutes right? They say it's is and it's just eats fault so they see no problem sending old cold food. They should be ashamed of themselves used to like it but can't trust the staff, happened 10 march 8pm whoever you had on the phones get them out before they tank your restaurant. Disgusting.

Update to there response for head office: they know staff send out cold food and are more than happy to blame it on just eat, I don't doubt its a problem with the app but it's a restaurants responsibility to not send out old food, not a high standard but one they've...
