Creams is a delightful escape for anyone craving a frozen treat. Nestled in the heart of downtown, the exudes a charming atmosphere, with its vibrant decor and inviting seating areas. From the moment you step inside, the aroma of freshly made waffle cones envelops you, creating an immediate sense of indulgence. The menu boasts an impressive variety of flavors, ranging from classic vanilla and chocolate to more adventurous options like lavender honey and spicy mango. Each flavor is crafted with high-quality ingredients, and the difference is noticeable. The rich, creamy texture of the ice cream is a standout feature, and it's evident that a lot of care goes into the preparation. One of the highlights of creams is their ability to cater to all dietary preferences. They offer a selection of dairy-free and vegan options, which still manage to capture the essence of traditional ice cream. The staff is knowledgeable and enthusiastic, always ready to provide samples or recommend their favorites, making the experience even more enjoyable. In addition to their ice cream, Creams features a range of toppings and sauces that elevate your treat to the next level. The hot fudge is a particular standout—thick and luscious, it pairs perfectly with almost any flavor. Prices are reasonable, considering the quality and portion sizes. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick scoop or indulging in one of their elaborate sundaes, Creams is sure to satisfy your sweet tooth. Overall, Creams is a must-visit for ice cream lovers. Its delightful ambiance, extensive flavor selection, and commitment to quality make it a standout destination for a perfect treat.

I got really disappointed. I went there and order 3 scoops ice cream which is £5,25, they charged me £7,25, basically he charged me each scoop separately, we just realised when they brought to our table because they served each scoop in different cups ( 3 cups). I went to the till to complainant and the guy was really rude and sarcastic, then they put all the scoops together and it was all melted.( like the video/photo). And the other thing I just realised when I saw the receipt was the waffle, I ordered the Strawberry Choc Indulgence and he charged me all separately, charged me the waffle, the strawberry and the chocolate sauce (like the receipt). I got upset and I asked the refund of everything, but he said was only possible the ice cream refund. He gave me only the ice cream refund and the waffle I got packet to eat at home. I think he was not happy to take our order, because when we got there we was talking with some friend and we disturbed his conversation. I don’t like to complaint online, but no one even say sorry, no one offer some help. Especially this guy was rude, impolite, sarcastic, without manners to serve people. If you go there check what they are charging at once.

Don't often write bad reviews for businesses but needed to express how utterly terrible Creams in North Finchley is. I've ordered for my family multiple times and every single time there is a glaring mistake, something missing or the wrong order. When I try to ring to speak to staff there is never an answer. In this instance, I ordered a vanilla ice cream in a cup which was half-melted (it's not a particularly hot night) and is literally half a scoop. Again, not one to berate hard working staff especially in hospitality, but this is really bad. Giving them a two cause on a good day, Creams is decent. But I've just had many bad experiences from this particular branch.

I attended creams I. Finchley yesterday with my young children. I ordered my own waffle and then asked if they had a children’s menu...they said no. I know from visiting the Southgate and Enfield branch that there should be a children’s menu available. I was forced to buy a large waffle for the children and asked if they could split it so they could share and add an extra scoop of ice cream. The waitress kept repeating this back to me. I then ordered a cup of tea and a bottle of water. She then proceeded to hand me a warm glass bottle of water for the kids. I asked for some ice. She said there is no ice. I then asked for two cups. She seemed very confused as to why I would want cups....I had to explain “for the water!” She then told me they were not participating in the eat out to help out scheme even though the other branches are and it’s all over the website.

The children got their waffle and I was waiting and waiting for my own which never arrived. In this time my son had started hiccuping.I asked the waiter for some extra tap water which he told me they don’t serve. I said all restaurants should serve tap water. He said with an attitude in his tone “we don’t serve alcohol” to which I said it was ridiculous. He replied “speak to my manager!” And stomped off

I checked the receipt to find I was only charged for one waffle and a tea and a bottle of water which added up to 15 pounds. I didn’t realise because I usually spend that amount for the children’s sized portion s well as the adults. I went to speak to her about it and she insisted I didn’t order my own. I clearly did and had even pointed to the picture!

I asked for the manager who was very rude and even proceeded to touch my glass bottle of water to find out if it was indeed warm! I checked the menu and it clearly states on there “children’s menu available” speak to the cashier.

He said all branches are different and he definitely doesn’t serve children’s portions. I then said I will be leaving a review as I am not happy...He then said “ok thank you”

Compete,y incompetent and rude staff and manager with zero customer service. They need more training ASAP. Will not be returning. Stick to Enfield...
