KFC Purley - Purley Parade — Restaurant in London

Walked in and the staff were screaming and shouting in the back of the kitchen whilst people were waiting to be served/ waiting for food. The workers were too distracted to care and people started walking out. By the time i got to the counter i All of the workers walked away and went into the back of the kitchen to carry on shouting and not doing their work one woman came out and was still shouting to another worker and got my order wrong numerous times, i had to repeat myself and it still came out wrong when i got it. The zinger burger was missing the hot wings and was dry and tasteless. i had to pay for the hot wings that were supposed to come with the meal instead of argueing over £0.99. I also had a mighty bucket or one which strangely came cramed into a paper bag and was dripping grease from the outside, the actual chicken was dry and old and was undercooked i also had a hair on my food. Both cokes were warm and flat with no ice. When asking for sauce the worker gave me an opened half used packet and a couple empty ones too.Whilst sitting and eating my food with my girlfriend i saw many previous customers coming back and complaining that food was missing and one woman brought her food back was left it on the side. the workers were still screaming and shouting at one another. Again there was a queue of aprox. 8 people and all the workers dissapeared again into the back and a couple workers were throwing around food. one woman came out to serve but was immediately distracted by a male worker who was telling her about him quitting the job and moving away. Whilst all of this was happening the mannager was doing an interview about 15ft away, i wouldnt be surprised if the interviewee doesnt take the job. The staff clearly dont care and clearly arent bothered with ther job. the mannager didnt sort out the noise he just stayed and done nothing. the workers were very intimidating and left people with no food or took too long that the people left without taking their food. one child ordered a snack box and they made him wait whilst 3 other people who ordered food got their food and left. they were rude and unpleasent to talk too. I will not be going back if the staff are the same i will not be spending my money here again until the staff change. only one worker was helpful and nice to me, she barely spoke english. overall this was a perfect display of poor staff choice and poor behaviour. these workers do not deserve to work in this fast food chain. the head offices should be dissapointed about the lack of respect these workers have. i was entirely displeased at this and if the workers were more reasonable and not so intimidating i would have requestd my money back however i feel they would have caused a scene about this. the is...

Rude staff with lots of attitude and no manners. We were spoken to so disrespectfully when they had packed an order totally incorrectly. The receipt tells you what should be in the bag so how can you get it so wrong, I can understand mistakes happen but to miss of entire meals, provide a 6 piece bucket when it should of been 10, get all the sides wrong and then tell me i must go through the delivery company when we already waited for the food is not acceptable. We went into store to collect the missing items as when we rang they said they couldn't do anything, we weren't asking for extra food, just what was missing but all they kept saying is they cant do that because it will mess up their system!! Have been going to this branch for over 15 years and its got so bad over time but that comes to an end now, especially as the little girl Laura behind the counter got so rude and wanted to fight my husband!!!! The tables were absolutely covered in probably hours worth of old bits of food as well as the floors which honestly looked like they hadn't been mopped in a very long time. There was sauce and fingerprints up the walls and the glass and I found a condom in the toilet which had no toilet roll (boyfriend came out of the toilet wretching in attempt not to be sick because it was so disgusting in there and decided not to use them). The staff were pleasant enough to us but we're running around laughing and joking on the floor when they probably should have been cleaning it. The vegan burger itself was extremely disappointing, shame the recipe has completely changed for those cheap Quorn burgers at such an expensive price. Really unsure how this place has a five star hygiene rating in all honesty, and I definitely would not have eaten there if I hadn't had ordered before...
