Was lied to by Asok the Manager.
Came in on 29th January, had a Buy one get one free promotion, when attempted to purchase, was told to wait for the Manager.
Asok came over, and explained to me that he had spoken to his "head office" and that they said the promotion isn't starting till next Monday.
When I pointed out the promotion on the website and on the voucher states it starts 4th January, he said his "head office" have saif not untill Next Monday.
I asked for the head office phone number, which he gave me.
When calling, no one answered. A quick google search shows that the phone number he gave me was his stores phone number.
When i called the official KFC customer service phone number, it says they are currently closed.
After I approached him about giving me a number that clearly wasn't his head office, he made excuses that he was confused and gave me the wrong number.
Then when I said well if that is the case, who did you speak to if head office is actually currently closed, he has now said his area manager told him this.
I asked him to call his area manager in front of me, and to out the call on speaker so I could have a better explanation as to why he wasn't going to give me the offer, he called them, spoke in half english and half his own language, and didn't put the call on speaker.
After confronting him on his inability to put through a promotion, he shouted "I can't give everything away for free" which is not the point of the promotion.
Buy one get one free, I was paying for one meal to get the second for free.
This is what happens when you hire staff who are unable to be trained properly.
I would give 0* review, and a complaint will be going to the actual KFC...

walked into a fairly empty KFC however all tables were littered with rubbish and the three female staff members (2 in black T-shirts & 1 in a shirt) were congregated behind the tills chatting to each other.
Because the tables were extremely messy I approached the counter and asked nicely if the tables could be cleaned in order for us to sit down and have some food ourselves. The staff members just looked at me and stayed where they were. It took them a while to come and clean the tables as they decided to talk about me for asking them to clean the tables as they clearly don’t like being asked to do their jobs.
This is poor management.
I stood at the tills and did hear the lady in the shirt discuss what I asked them to do, hardly professional behaviour. There is no excuse to have dirty tables when a restaurant is empty. This just tells me that the staff here are lazy and unprofessional. It’s not the first time I’ve been here and been unhappy with the staff. Toilets are always dirty, upstairs is never open because the staff just can’t be arsed to clean anywhere clearly. Management need to sort the staff out because I never have a positive...
Read moreThis is the worst KFC I have ever been to. Lets start with the cashier at the front of the till, she was very quiet and talked to me in a snivelling manner, saying do you want anything as well in a very harsh tone, as she was serving another customer. Last time I checked, you serve one customer finish their order then you move on to another customer. Secondly the KFC closes at 10.30, we were there at 10.00 therefore surely they should still be serving food for the next half an hour?. I asked them for a zinger burger, which they replied no more zinger burgers. I then asked for the fillet burger to which she said yes no problem, then the manager shouted from the back no more burgers. I then proceeded to ask for a twister meal to which he then shouted from the back NO ONLY CHICKEN, at this point I was extremely annoyed. My friend got hot wings, chips and popcorn chicken, only to discover as we got in the car they were horribly cold. Even at Mcdonalds they keep the chips warm. I have never been more disgusted at 1) the service and 2) the quality of the disgusting food. If the restaurant closes ago 10.30 they should keep serving at 10...
