Well I certainly won't be going back there in a hurry, can't believe how rude and miserable the staff were. The only one good thing was that the food was freshly cooked and hot. There was no 'hello' or smiles from any of the staff. I watched the 2 customers in front of me have their bags of food just slung in front of them, the bags of food were left wide open, the staff member couldn't even fold down the top of the bag and hand it over. When it came to my turn to be served I was friendly and smiley with them but no response back. Again my bag of food was just slung in front of me open. I've worked in retail for 10 years so I do understand that customers can be rude and annoying but it's the job to at least be polite, definitely no service with a smile in KFC. I only ordered a mini fillet burger and chips but while I was waiting all the staff dissappeared around the back. By this time a queue of customers had built up behind me and the customer behind me had to shout out 'excuse me' several times to get served. Yes I do understand that due to the current financial situation most businesses run on a skeleton crew. I don't expect the staff to be jumping up and down with joy because they're getting the minimum wage but just a little 'hello', 'thank you' or even a smile would be nice so that customers know they are being appreciated that they chose to spend there money at KFC rather than many of the other...

One of us had KFC points card and we presented them before paying, but the person(Valenni) refused to add points, so we asked why and she said some silly reason. (still refused to add points) then she promised to add points later after the payment and we paid for the order.
Then Valenni disappeared for some reason and the n some friendly lady showed up and we asked that lady to call the person who served us. She tried to get Valenni to show up, but it is rude of Valenni to disappear and she didn't show up. Then some Indian guy presented himself as the manager(John, this is how we've been told) after about 3 mins of wait.
He asked our problem, he agreed to add someone else point and that's it! No apologies or anything. Never expected this customer service from a big brand like KFC. You not gonna loose anything by apologising someone.
TLDR: The assistant manager and the store manager were so rude and customer service is none existence. Please avoid at all cost. Wouldn't definitely recommend. Please go to any other instead.

Read moreI It took me 15 minutes to be be served as there was only one employee taking orders and preparing them. I finally placed my order and ordered meals. With my meal I replaced the drink with chicken wings. After another 15 minutes I got my order and was surprised at how light my bag was, considering I’d ordered 3 meals. Upon asking the employee I was told my order was complete. I checked my bag and my drinks were missing, my child kids meal only consisted of chips, no drink or popcorn chicken and all I got was three pieces of chicken, minus the chips and wings. I took the order bag and they rechecked the receipt and gave me a new order. Just as I was about to drive off I quickly checked the order and the popcorn chicken was still missing and I was given half burnt chips. It was 8.15pm by now considering I had arrived here at 7.30pm. I went and asked to have my money returned as I couldn’t wait any longer. The manager did not come out to apologise but instead I had an employee tell me that the chicken pops were put in the bag; implying I had taken them out!!! I told him that I would make an official complaint and then he returned my money. The new management is ridiculous and extremely bad service.
