KFC — Restaurant in London

I visited this restaurant this afternoon with my son and my brother and the experience and customer service was appalling. We stood in the que being ignored whilst staff tended to the drive through customers after about 7 minutes of being ignored I asked if someone would serve us and was told yes but the staff continued serving the drive through customers. After another few minutes I finally was able to place my order whilst waiting for the food I asked the staff member if someone could wipe down the table we were sitting at as the previous customer had left remince of food all over the table along with the remains of a family feast. The lady serving told me no they were too busy to wipe down the table. I was shocked considering we are going through a pandemic the hygiene levels should be second to none. I then asked the lady if she could give me a cleaning spray so I could wipe it down myself and I was again told no, I really had to make a fuss to finally get them to wipe down the dirty table which only took literally 2 seconds!!! Also we had to clear away the rubbish from the previous order ourselves. Whilst waiting for my order I went to toilet to wash my hands and the ladies toilets stank of urine and were incredibly dirty, my son said the men's toilets stank of poo and were also dirty. You can tell the toilets were not cleaned in a while! They also got our order wrong so after this experience I will never go there again!!!! Been meaning to write a review for a long time, came a few times and was missing food, food is old and not fresh, the old KFC used to be so busy on the high Street so busy they moved to where they are now, the first few months we ordered on our regular takeaways was lovely, the past 3 years the food is absolutely horrid, cold, dry, crispy to the point you can't taste chicken. They always forget food 99% I don't know anyone who hasn't said the same. Also the staff who serves you wow shocking rude, always says not available when we ask when will it be available he just says its not, I ask if its discontinued he just stares and completely rude he clearly hates customers and serving, he shouldn't be working where he is if he hates what he does. A lot of friends and family all have just gone more regular to mc donalds as there isn't a local KFC which is a shame as it just needs a better management, fresh food happy staff and friendly goes a long way..so unprofessional and rude is why I hate going plus always forgetting food u have to check your bag before leaving and guess what another shortage when u hand the bag they start giving you rude looks and be upset with you but yet they are the ones who forgot the goods!

Not their fault that they were understaffed, so we were made to wait for 15 mins at a FAST FOOD drive-through. But when the food finally arrived it was the wrong order. No extra chips to say sorry, just a weary sorry from the young, out of breath, sweaty boy. Foods decent, though.

I've now had to edit my review. Three weeks later and my son wanted KFC. He seemed to be one woman working. When the food came 7 minutes later, the separate chips were thrown into a bag, and they were all mixed up. They were undercooked and lacked flavour. The chicken. Was very salty and just tasted... wrong. I won't be going to KFC again until the review starts to change. What has happened to the place!! 😯

Omg, again, a few months later, here I am. I forgot that i had vowed not to go here again, but i guess i forgot. What is wrong with this place. I ordered 6 fillet strips, chips, and a drink for my son. I was asked to wait in a bay. When it came, there were no chips. I rectified the problem and later found that they had not given us our water. The strips were inedible, very chewy. I think it's time to report this particular franchise to trading standards.
