This place has great chicken, cooked perfectly. I have been to other KFCs where the chicken had become stale and rock hard after being in the fryer for too long. However, this is not the case here. Staff are trained well.
The downside is that the store can get really busy, especially with Drive Thru orders. This results in incredibly long wait times to receive your order. Be prepared to wait, which can be frustrating. Also, I have also found that the hygiene of this store is terrible and needs improvement. This is not only a staff duty, but customers that usually do not clean up after themselves, leaving toilets, tables and floors dirty. Bins are usually over filled to the brim. As the store is already understaffed, this then is simply left neglected throughout the day. Finally, I would like drink options that are not chilled, which they do not have. I had a cold, but had to get a freezing Pepsi Max. Had to wait for it to get down to room temperature and sadly get a hot chocolate in the meantime to wash the food down. This was recommended by a member of staff. Who has hot chocolate with fried chicken?! This needs to be looked at carefully.
I have also seen young youths come into the store, cause commotion and leave their litter lying around.

Read moreI ordered KFC via Uber Eats last night, and I felt compelled to write this review. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfying. The food arrived looking overcooked, as if it had been fried in old oil, giving everything an unappealing dark brown color and an unpleasant aroma.
To make matters worse, several chicken pieces appeared bruised and damaged, raising serious concerns about the quality of the meat. At that moment, I regretted not following my instinct and ordering from a local restaurant instead. To add also that I ordered a wicked bucket and was not provided a variety of pieces just dry breast pieces that were so small and obvious just give the pieces no ones to those ordering from home. Well that’s not acceptable regardless give customers a variety of pieces don’t take advantage and give them all the dry pieces no one wants!
KFC Chadwell Heath, you really need to reconsider your quality control. It’s evident that the oil hasn’t been changed in a while, which affects both the taste and appearance of the food. I’ve ordered from other KFC branches, and they’ve never been this bad. This was one of the most disappointing fast-food experiences I’ve had—definitely not worth the money.

This is my second visit in the same week whereas i was finding a morning where 3 employees with manager was struggling with the busy morning service whereas manager didn’t know how to reprint the order receipt as i wasted my 45 mins for the same as a result no receipt has been provided..
On the second day, 3 crew members + 1 manager on floor were struggling to provide a great service whereas it was not busy.. the food is cold and when we asked the argument has been made..
As a business manager of McDonald’s i worked as a Team where my employees are my family that i need to take care of them whereas here i have seen nothing.. the customer is paying you their hard working money to get good branded KFC food whereas the higher management made it chicken shop as regular….
Ridiculous service, reducing the labour hours to make shortage of employees as well as save money in this drive thru big outlet… cheap...
