KFC — Restaurant in London

I ordered a family feast of 10 pieces of chicken for £ 24.00. 6 out of my 10 pieces. So I wanted to speak with Manager and walked to the serving area. Staff said the manager would come and I could see and hear him talking to his mother langue to his staff but refused to come out and I waited for him over 5 minutes. would come but he hide over 5 minutes. I felt like he know why I wanted to see him for. When he came, he did not apologised nor understood what was my point and he said all our chicken pieces delivered everyday are Legs and thighs. When I asked to have his name so I can complaint to headoffice he refuse to give me his name and show me attitute. I had to explain that if you had nothing to do with it as your delivery is mostly chicken legs than why are you angry and behaving this way with me. I am very disappointed with his behaviour. I believe , this is a way to ripping the public out of our money. There is no way 6 piece legs and 4 tights could be £24.00

I will never go this branch again as I am sure the manager who's called (Yoga ) and his team are chatting and they are very rude. I live in Ruislip and it is a shame KFC chatting...

Have been goin hear for many years but still no change! 1, can't understand what the staff are saying and they don't seem to know what I am saying even when I try be as clear as possible. I can not remember if ever they got my order right. When u ask them nicely to rectify your order or give u a bit of chicken with meat on it they look at u like you are having a joke. Or reply rudely. The krushem was not working once again.. dose it ever work. And again I got home with my order tonight after having to already change half my items like I asked for a plain mini fillet burger and guess what... it come with ketchup and brown soggy lettuce! So when I got home guess what it was all ice cold even though I live 30 seconds walk from them but they say that is not kfcs falt after a rude argumentative phone call with there management. So all in all £25 of food really well spent! KFC RUISLIP! are you ever going to change! Many people in the local area would recommend you knock this place down... until u do or soft this out I'll stay a customer to village chicken. Hot food, get what u ask for, food is cooked and nearly...

Almost the worst KFC I have ever been to, nothing would beat the Earls Court KFC to that title but Ruislip KFC certainly gives them a run for their money! Your order is almost guaranteed to be wrong. They somehow have the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen, my family fondly refer to them as chicken knuckles. The chips are cold everytime, it's almost a miracle they seem to manage to get them out of the frier stone cold! I have stood at the counter and been ignored for 10 minutes straight before whilst one of the members of staff partner was in the kitchen selling clothing materials to the other staff. Not sure if that's allowed but I was there standing like a lemon waiting for what looked like a hounslow version of Del Boy selling reams of clothing material to finish before I got served. Lately there is some younger staff who have taken a bit more control and the service is getting better but honestly. Go somewhere else, if not another restaurant then the drive to the Denham roundabout KFC...
