The restaurant was welcoming, and the food, cleanliness and service were great! However, I was concerned that a dog was allowed inside during my visit. This is unacceptable as it disregards other customers who may be afraid of dogs, have allergies, or simply don’t want to be licked. It’s important to consider the comfort and safety of all patrons. Contamination of Food: Dogs, particularly when not properly controlled, can contaminate food by licking surfaces, dishes, or even food itself. This poses a risk of transmitting bacteria like Salmonella or E. coli to food.
Allergies and Sensitivities: Some diners may be allergic to pet dander, which could trigger allergic reactions or asthma. Even minimal exposure to pet hair or dander can cause issues for sensitive individuals.
Hygiene and Cleanliness: Pets can shed fur, saliva, and sometimes even waste, which can contaminate surfaces and furniture in the restaurant. Maintaining cleanliness can become more difficult when dogs are allowed in.

We come there normally with some other couples who I introduced to this place and they have been a regular customer since then. Until today, this place was my number 1 choice for Turkish breakfast. Compared to past: 1) Prices has gone up significantly. We paid today £25 per person for buffet breakfast. This breakfast is no longer worth for £25. 2) Quality of the food has been becoming worse since every recent visit. There used to be more fresh pide/pizza options, more bread and cheese choices and cold starters variety. This is no longer the case. 3) Some waiters are not polite and do not care about customers. Despite restaurant being almost empty, they gave us a seat at the corner, where 4 of us out of 8 people had to seat on the sofa. Meaning each time it was creating discomfort to go up and get food (everyone had to get up each time). I explained the situation and asked the waiter to move to the middle large table in the restaurant where we can all seat properly. But she rejected this and tried to explain that that table has been booked for another group of 9 people (we were 8 people). She suggested us to split tables, if we wish to sit comfortably (4 people in each table). This does not make sense right? You come with 8 people for group breakfast and you are asked to sit separately. I asked we can sit in the middle table, and you can offer this “solution” (“sit separately”) to the other customer group when they come later. Waiter desperately tried to explain, but this was disrespectful.
