We visited this Pakistani restaurant on a whim after craving something home-cooked and authentic, and stumbled upon this gem through Google. From the outside, the place is unassuming, the kind of spot you might walk past without thinking twice. But what unfolded inside was probably one of the most special dining experiences we've had in a long time. The food was phenomenal, rich, full of flavour, and clearly made with love and care. The nihari and chicken karahi were standouts for me, paired with soft, fresh chapatis. My wife said the saag paneer and aloo paratha were equally delicious, satisfying in that comforting, soul-food sort of way. It genuinely felt like a home-cooked meal in the best possible sense. What truly elevated the whole experience, though, was the hospitality. One of the owners, Mustafa, is one of those rare individuals who makes you feel welcome the moment you step through the door. Calm, thoughtful, and genuine, he took the time to check in, share a few kind words, and made us feel like family rather than customers. After the meal, he offered us tea and something sweet on the house, not as a gimmick, but as a genuine expression of warmth. It’s rare to come across someone in hospitality who values connection this much. This wasn’t just a dinner, it was a reminder of the beauty of simple human connection, and the kind of place that restores your faith in the world a little. We will absolutely be back. We left feeling full in every sense of the word.

4th Visit: 5 stars once again This time I had Naheri. It is a very renowned delicacy in Pakistan and Bangladesh. And they made it sooo splendid! Touched my heart wallahi.loved it totally. Beautiful! 1st Visit: 5 stars their food is just like the authentic Pakistani delicacies back in Pakistan. The biryani in particular, barak Allah feek, ya Lahore Village.. also the service quality, so gentle, and so well-mannered. the beautiful biryani cooked with basmati and fragrant spices and meat is absolutely the exact biryani with tender meat back in Pakistan. Seeing the biryani after such a long time on my way back to home, I requested the owner if he can give me a discount as I did not have enough cash and my bank card was not with me, and surprisingly, the uncle was so generous, he allowed me a discount and guess what, he also gave me a proper biryani meal. I thought he would give me less in quantiy, or maybe he will be disheartened with me. But he was very friendly, and hospitable. The true beauty of a Muslim, ma sha Allah. So yes, from my side I will say it is a full 10 on 10 for the foods as well as the service.

The food was delicious, price was very reasonable and service was outstanding. We ordered Chicken tikka (£6), Seekh kabab (£3.50) (brought in one dish as shown in the pic), 2 shami kabab (£2.50), Chicken Biryani (£5), lamb karahi (On the bone), Butter Naan (£1.25) and Kulcha naan (£1.99). We were given complimentary tea and carrot sweet to try (all shown in the pictures). I like the idea that karahi is plate quantity, served in a pan and as a result the price is £10, whereas others will serve similar dish in a bit bigger quantity dish on £25. The food was hot and tasty, nice light Indian music playing environment and clean tables and chairs. They deal in cash only. I was not having cash, and I was told to pay later whenever I can. They also told me not to withdraw from the nearest ATM because it cost £1.99 extra :) Its like 4 days now and I have not paid yet :)

I stumbled upon Lohore Village the first day my daughter moved to her apartment nearby. Judging from the large and enthusiastic crowd and excellent selection of vegetarian options, I ordered two vegetarian dishes and rice to take back to my daughter. After everything was packed to go, I found out Lohore only takes cash, but I only had a credit card with me. The staff talked to the owner and I explained to him that I was new to the neighborhood and did not know his restaurant did not take credit cards . Without hesitation, he told me - just take the food home and bring the payment later. I was pleasantly surprised, but took the food home. The food was incredibly delicious and my daughter was surprised that the owner is so trusting. The following morning, I brought my mom to Lohore Village for a snack, as well as pay for the meal from the day before. The owner was very welcoming and refused the tip I offered him. We had another wonderful meal and chatted with two regular customers, who even offered us some sweet treats! Trust, friendship, incredible food and lively but non-intrusive conversation. My experience in Lohore Village was so much more than great food at a wonderful restaurant with friendly staff and fellow customers. The owner is literally builds a thriving village and treated me like I belonged and was one of the regular Villagers - from the first moment. I will happily remain a Lahore Villager whenever I visit...

From the moment I walked into this restaurant, I was impressed by the atmosphere, the décor, and the welcoming staff. The ambiance strikes a perfect balance between traditional charm and modern elegance ideal for a relaxed dinner, family gathering, or even a romantic evening. Every corner of the place reflects attention to detail and pride in creating a memorable dining environment. The food was absolutely outstanding! Each dish tasted fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. From the sizzling BBQ platters to the creamy handi, every bite was delicious. Their signature dishes truly stand out, and you can tell that everything is prepared with love and authenticity. The presentation of food was equally impressive colorful, clean, and served hot. I also appreciated how attentive and polite the staff was throughout the evening. They made sure we were comfortable, helped with menu suggestions, and served us promptly with a smile. The hygiene and cleanliness of the restaurant were also top-notch, which is a big plus for me.Whether you're a foodie looking to explore rich desi flavors or someone wanting to enjoy a peaceful dinner in a classy setting, this restaurant will not disappoint. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lahore or looking for a new favorite place to eat.

A truly five-star experience from start to...
