DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. Best part of £30 for 2 mediocre kebabs! Over priced, doner meat like cardboard. The "chef" (man who heats and carves the lamb and chicken doner) tried to claim our doner meat was fresh despite being presented with the uneaten evidence on our plate of rock hard, dry and tasteless meat. The 'shawarma meal' is not shawarma, it's doner, yes there is a difference. The salad is just iceberg, and a tiny bit of cucumber and tomato. On arrival the restaurant was virtually empty, with only 1 other couple mid-meal and a family of 3 about leave. All other tables were empty but staff felt the need to forcefully direct us to a small table for 2 at which there was barely enough room for 2 meal plates, let alone drinks and cutlery. We should have taken that as a sign to leave. Don't make the same mistake as us, pick any one of the other kebab restaurants on Leicester Square instead! The sign says leave your comments on TripAdvisor but the name they quote directs you to a restaurant by the same name on Beauchamp Place in Knightsbridge.

So there we were, starving and hangry. We had been walking around London for the better part of the day, when we came across this place. They had the right idea and sent the wonderfully fragrant smells across the street to draw us in. It is a wonderfully small place with a lot to choose from on the menu and we settled for a Chicken Shawarma and a Halloumi wrap (trust me there was much more to satisfy!). Within minutes our guys had brought over the food and OMG it was amazing. As a walk through and eat on the go place, it definately does hit the spot for anyone. We were also treated to some Lebanese sweet treats that were delicious, make sure you get some of these on your way out, they are cheap enough and are a perfect after accompaniment to your food. Check this place out as soon as you can, you won't regret it and make it your new fave quick snack stop.

I don't really like leaving bad reviews but after looking at the fake reviews for this place saying it's really good i felt obliged. I would advise people to Avoid. I called into get a kebab while walking around piccadilly circus yesterday 16 oct, i wasn't very happy with what i received, i paid £17 pound for a small bland kebab with a sauce that had no taste (In the picture) with 2 small bottles of water, it was very expensive but i left it because of being in piccadilly so the price could be high for that reason. The meat was very bland also. i would definitely not recommend. walk another 5 minutes to leister Square and you can get a kebab for 6 pound. I really can't believe they charged 17 pounds for that kebab in the picture with 2 500ml bottles of water.

I am really not one for leaving negative reviews but I am still in shock over my experience here. We were charged £41 for two takeaway kebabs with no sides. When I queried this, the server argued that this was what we had asked for and told me to 'ask my friend' and that this was what she'd ordered, even though I was with her at the time of ordering. He got out the menu and showed me the pricing, and when I pointed out that our two kebabs should have equalled £22 and not £41 he told me the additional cost was for the chips, which are £5 per portion for a whole portion, which still wouldn't equal £41, and we also did not order and were not given a portion of chips, but had some chips within the kebab box, which is the norm for any kebab. became hostile towards me and brought the security guard in, who told me to 'calm down madam'. I was sober, not shouting or being aggressive and for reference am a 5 foot 3 woman in her early 20s so it is hard to see me as a threat worthy of bringing security in, this is clearly an intimidation tactic to stop people from querying absurd overcharging. I assume the server thought we were drunk as it was late at night and would not notice the overcharge. When we got our food, the chicken smelt strange and it was exceptionally greasy, even for a late night kebab and there were roughly 10 chips...

I was hopeful for this place & it was going well until we paid for our meals.

The tall male who welcomed us was delightful & accommodating. We are regular London visitors and have walked past this place a number of times. We decided to try it out. The food was ok could be a bit more flavourful. We had chicken shawarma, chips and salad - portion size was good.

On requesting our bill we were served by a lady who was very rude. I don’t normally pay service charge and requested it be removed. It’s not obligatory to pay a service charge in the UK. I was challenged by this lady in a very rude manner if the service was good, if the food was nice & it’s her lively hood that’s why a tip is expected. This is the UK not AMERICA you get a minimum wage and I’ve agreed to pay the price of the food, I don’t have to pay any more if I don’t think it’s necessary.

The lady even said to eat out next time.

Well with that kind of customer service I’m not going to come back now am I. This is shocking customer service, specially as around 20mins earlier another person asked for the tip to be removed also. They didn’t get the same response. Learn some...
