Leicester House Hotel — Hotel in London

I cannot say enough good things about the Leicester House Hotel! We stayed 3 nights at the beginning of May 2025. First, the location is IDEAL. We walked everywhere, including to see The Great Gatsby at the London Coliseum, dinner at Rules restaurant, The British Museum, Trafalgar Square, Westminster Abbey - perfect location! Second, the hotel is immaculate and the sheets are changed every day! There are two sinks in each room and plenty of hot water with a big tub and a glorious rain shower. It was warm in London and the room A/C was fantastic, so we slept well. Third, the management is so friendly and caring - made us feel like family members and there is someone at the desk 24/7. We particularly enjoyed talking to Fahan and Zuiz (sorry if spelling is wrong). We had a standard room which was not huge but had everything we needed. It was a great value, a great experience, and I will stay there again! "The Earrings Saga" I carelessly left my gold earrings behind when we checked out. I called the hotel and they found them and sent them onto our next stop - postage over 13 pounds and they insisted it was on the house! Unfortunately, they were SO efficient that the earrings arrived before we did and the guests there refused delivery - so back to the Leicester House went the earrings! The hotel staff kept in close communication with me through WhatsApp and held them at reception. I had no concerns about security - they are as honest as Abe Lincoln! Our friends in London arranged to pick them up from the hotel - so 2 weeks later the earrings are on their way back to me.
