Been seeing a lot of promotions of this bakery on Instagram so I was really happy to have finally tried it out and see what my own verdict would be.

Came here on a Saturday at just about 11:30am and it's empty without a queue and plenty of baked goods in stock. The display of all the cakes and choux was so well-designed and I couldn't decide what to order so it took me a few minutes to make up my mind. I ended up going with 2 choux flavours - pistachio and white chocolate and chocolate & hazelnut. Then I also ordered a slice of their basque cheesecake with a biscuit base and a cinnamon brioche with cream cheese frosting on the top. The total came to £15.30 which was reasonable I would say.

I didn't have anything on the spot as I was on my way to meet a friend for lunch. I had the choux the next morning and was really surprised that the dough managed to stay crispy on the outside with generous amount of filling inside. The pistachio flavour come have come through stronger imo but the chocolate and hazelnut was delightful. I enjoyed both flavours even though I am not really a choux fan. The basque cheesecake had quite an obvious salty taste to it which was unlike any basque cheesecake I have had before. Wasn't particularly keen for that although the cream cheese batter was strong and rich. Cinnamon roll was probably my favourite of the 4 items. The cream cheese frosting was such a cherry on top with the brioche, elevated the flavour profile of the cinnamon sugar paste inside the brioche nicely. The dough was soft and fluffy which was lovely.

Service was great. The staff member patiently waited for me to make up my mind without rushing me and they were so friendly and smiley. It's a great bakery run by only women and I would encourage everyone to visit such a lovely independent bakery if you are ever...

Always on the search for a brand new cookie, and I would not expect to find such a glorious one at a place specialising in Chous pastry! I popped by after seeing the amazing reviews for the Le Choux chocolate chip cookie and was not disappointed. The cookie was perfectly cooked, slightly crispy on the edges, with a beautiful buttery flavour. The centre gave a glorious soft and doughy contrast. The chocolate was of an amazing quality and laced throughout the cookie, with a glorious density of pieces in the centre. Despite the cookie not being warm, these were still melty and gooey. The sea salt flakes really added a further depth of flavour, and were just the right amount of notable. After taking a few bites outside, I went back in and bought another to have another time (put in the freezer) and heat up in the oven to experience it warm! The staff were friendly and the space was immaculate. I liked being able to see into the kitchen/behind the scenes! I also felt it was reasonably priced for the size, quality, and the fact it was a cookie in London (£3.50)! I will be a regular here for...

I love cookies and I’ve tried cookies everywhere I’ve traveled. The cookies and profiteroles from Le Choux are the best I’ve ever tasted and I’ve tasted some great cookies in Canada and America. My favourites are the Pecan and Caramelised White Chocolate and the Praline ones in that order. Once the Pecan and Caramelised white chocolate cookies were not available to be ordered and I left a comment saying I love the cookies and pity they were not available so hopefully they are the next time... When the cookies were delivered I was pleasantly surprised that there were 2 pecan cookies in there also with a note. So sweet of the ppl at Le Choux to do that! Thank you! 😊 I’ve told many of my friends and they also say the cookies especially are the best they’ve ever had (because they haven’t had the profiteroles yet) so I’ve gotten them hooked on the...
