I came in here to print two items I needed consisting of 4 sheets of paper in total. I was charged £1.20 for two sheets, which I believed to be for the 4 sheets in total. I thought it was a bit steep but paid it. Within 30 seconds of leaving the store I realised only two sheets had been printed, I thought this was an honest mistake and went back into the cafe for the other two sheets. I was then charged another 40p, £1.60 in total for 4 sheets of black and white ink printed paper. Safe to say I won’t be going in there to print paper again, stupidly forgot about the library across the road! Tricked me once, won’t get that opportunity again. I didn’t challenge there and then simply because I was a woman by myself in a cafe full of only men and just wanted to leave with my prints...

Customer service is very good, sincere in their dealings, especially the tall Somalian with glasses.

If you happen to visit, try their Paratha with Chicken (a paratha wrap), it only costs £3 but quite filling & tasty.

Use of computer for internet, printing is also available.

Wouldn't recommend they are over priced for using print outs for paper. They have decided to over charge people for a basic cup of coffee which is a small cup for £3.00 pounds. The staff are rude and not even welcoming or...
