Lit African Cuisine by Zee — Restaurant in London

I've ordered from Lit African Cuisine by Zee through UBER EAT multiple times, and while the food quality is decent, I'm consistently disappointed by their inability to deliver complete orders. It's become a recurring issue that items are missing from my delivery.

This isn't a one-off mistake; it's happened on several occasions. Each time, it's frustrating to discover that part of my meal is missing, especially when you're relying on a complete delivery. The inconvenience of having to contact the restaurant or delivery service for a resolution, and often waiting even longer for the missing items (if they even offer to send them), detracts significantly from the overall experience.

While the food itself might be good, the unreliability of their order fulfilment process makes me hesitant to recommend Lit African Cuisine by Zee Restaurant. Popped by for a late night take away after a recommendation and was not disappointed! Didn’t get to sample the full menu as it was super late but the fried rice with prawns was delicious! Tasted fresh, the prawns were succulent and the service was with a smile. The stewed chicken was ok, not enough meat on the chicken for me and way too hard for my liking but the puff puffs were great both the plain and the Oreo filled ones.

Went to Lit the other day. It first started off not well ask I have them a curtsey call to say I am running late and they tried to tell me that my reservation money will be taken and not given back and we will be a walk in, I just find this a bit ridiculous as one I called them to let them know and if you go to British establishments this is not the case but whatever so be it. When I got there it was not busy there was only 1 table in use. Food was really good, service was good and they didn't take my deposit which was great. I would recommend this restaurant...
