Little Nan’s Bar 2.0 — Restaurant in London

Recently had the most epic 40th birthday bash here. Hired out the Flat Butcher upstairs space. Everyone was so impressed with the place, what an amazing, atmospheric space. Tristan who was I was in contact with for the booking helped with all my queries and was always super prompt, even closer to the event when I was getting party anxiety. We ordered bar snacks and pizzas to come out during the party and all was great, helped to line our tummies for the night ahead. Staff was all super lovely and helped make the night fun. Only small issue we had was not great phone signal upstairs made using the QR code system to order drinks harder so we could avoid downstairs bar queuing. Defo book this place...

I booked Flat Butcher (above Little Nans 2.0) for my 30th and OH MY GOD I’m soooo grateful. It went swimmingly and the staff were exceptionally lovely and helpful. Tristan made planning so easy and fun and I honestly will cherish this place forever. Beautiful business run by beautiful people who embrace the essence of life: FUN! The pizza was amazing, the karaoke was so fun and I couldn’t spent days there having the time of my life. I got lots of help packing up and everyone was so incredibly kind. Freezing cold venue. Only able to order via QR code and rude staff when requesting to order at the bar. Cannot remove 12% service charge, for what service? I will never return.

Edit: reducing to 1 star. after writing this the bar staff then proceeded to spill beer in my partner's cocktail when bringing it to the table, did not offer to replace it and shrugged and walked off when we asked for a replacement. What is the 12% service charge for again? Because that is...
