Lost & Found Bar — Restaurant in London

I booked the downstairs room for my sister's hen party as she is a massive karaoke fan. From the initial enquiry to the date we booked the staff were excellent and couldn't have been more helpful, Katrina even decorated the room for me after I posted everything to her. We arrived just before happy hour was due to finish and the bar staff made sure we were all served before the cut off point.

Throughout the evening they helped us with everything we needed, made us welcome and made the evening a massive success. The bar had a great atmosphere, the cocktails were incredible (as were the cocktail pouring skills!) and all of the girls commented on what an excellent venue and evening it had been. We want to go back despite not living anywhere near London! Thank you to Kat, Ricky and Chris for everything you did, I cannot recommend this...

We went to this bar as it was empty in busy Balham on a Saturday and we could easily get a table outside. The pizza was average at best but the service was the most stressful experience. Maybe the waitress was new but the staff gave us no breathing space asking if we want more drinks every 15 mins. When I asked for the bill, the lady brought it and was waiting at the table with me with the machine waiting for my friend to be back from the loo so we can pay. Most tables were empty and we didn’t understand the rush, in the end we just wanted to escape. We also had to open a tab for a bill under £20 which was odd. They didn’t serve medium glasses of wine as per their menu, not sure why can’t just pour a bit less in a big one which was available as the waitress said. Amazing place for free karaoke and great drinks in the heart of Balham!!

We booked the downstairs area for karaoke for 2 hours but were allowed to stay much longer as the upstairs area was relatively quiet (due to stormy weather). The karaoke has pretty much every song you can think of on it and the downstairs space is v cute and easily fit our group of 15.

Great customer service throughout the night. Nick was extremely attentive answering all my questions and helping out with some small storm eunice induced tech issues.

The drinks were also delicious with a menu with loads of unique cocktails as well as classics. Drinks service was also really fast so unlike a lot of other cocktail places you weren't waiting around for 10mins for each drink to be made.
