Pasha Mangal — Restaurant in London

Food was really nice. The service however, was atrocious! When we were originally seated, it was right next to another couple, I'm talking about 60cm away from them. We moved over to another empty table next to us. Shortly after, a group of three were sat right next to us, they also made a comment on the lack of social distancing measures in place. Ordered a glass of wine, the waitress brought us two. We informed her that we only ordered one and she walked off pulling faces, throughout our meal she also kept walking right up to our table, staring at us and then walking away again. She did this 15 or so times. About half way through our meals, another couple came in. They asked to change tables and the waiter tried to seat them right next to us, again about 60cm away. They said they didn't want to sit that close to people and were then seated somewhere else. The same waiter then came up to us and said, "Next time someone comes in, I WILL be seating them next to you" I mentioned that he needed to follow the social distancing rules, to which he muttered something and walked off. More people ended up coming in. The waiter directed them to the table right next to ours (as he had said he would) the customers mentioned that it was too close. The waiter then came to our table and began to pull it away, while we were still eating, literally forks in mouths. He then began to argue with us whilst yanking on the table. I told him to just let us pay and leave.

NEVER have I had the displeasure of being served by someone so disgustingly rude and vile, with no regard for any measures currently in place. There are thousands of hardworking people looking for jobs and would be grateful for them and it will forever baffle me how this horrible human still has a position working here, because he certainly doesn't deserve it.

What not to like from this restaurant?? The first perfect thing I want to mention, is the packaging for the delivery. This really shows that they firstly respect their own food and then the customer who receives the food.

The quality is perfect, portion size is even better and every ingredient is fresh and tasty.

The grilled sea bass is perfectly cooked, the skin is crispy and very tasty too. It doesn’t smell fishy at all and tastes amazing. It comes with either bread or rice and you can choose the one you prefer in Ubereats. The rice is very aromatic and delicious and unlike most Turkish restaurants they serve actual rice instead of bulgur which is very good.

The BBQ platter has a variety of Kebabs with rice and it is amazingly good. Meats are perfectly cooked and Juicy. Chicken wings marinated wonderfully and taste very good.

I always order yogurtlu adana from any Turkish restaurant I go or order out. By far this one is amazingly delicious and worth a try. To be honest it is a must do. The bread bed is perfectly juicy and Adana is delicious. All tastes wonderfully blended together and taste just right. I cant recommend it more!!!!!!!

The mixed season salad portion is also very good, the pomegranate sauce on that is perfectly fine.

We’ve been coming to Pash Mangal for over six years now, and honestly, it still feels just as special as the very first time.

The food is always incredible — rich in flavour, fresh, and made with so much care. Over the years, they’ve gotten to know us, and every time we walk in, it feels like we’re being greeted by friends. It’s that kind of personal touch that turns a meal into a memory. We've celebrated birthdays, shared long dinners with friends, or just stopped by for a comforting meal after a long week — and it's always perfect.
