I'd like just to start by saying if I could give no stars on the food service I would. We came to find this restaurant yesterday as we were out for the day in Camden town. We order for food Churrasco a Brasileira which is a sharing platter, and on the side feijão tropeiro, rice and vinagrete. The churrasco platter is skewers of meat, and let me say we asked the staff for the meat to be well done this in particular because my wife she is 4 months pregnant, the meat came pretty much raw, the beef was raw and full of sinew which made it already unpleasant to eat, and the chicken pink and chewy. The pork was luke warm and the sausage was the only one ok to eat. We asked the staff if they could redo the meat as we did ask for it to be well done. They've taken the whole platter back ( to mention that the kitchen is in the basement so they have to carry the food uncovered and outside pretty much ) they have returned the meat pretty much luke warm and not much of difference to how it was. The chips were soaked in oil every bite it would literally burst of oil. The rice pretty sure was uncle bens rice, the feijão tropeiro very poor, not made traditionally. The vinaigrette was ok at last. Moral of the story my wife become very sick during the night vomiting non stop. Myself I didn't eat much as was already put off by the whole idea of going to this restaurant as I wanted to go to the Chinese buffet down the road. So we made it to this brazilian restaurant mainly to help my wifes craving.

I think kitchen needs to improve quite alot in this restaurant and it could be a great place for food. The customer service was good. Although the staff looked a bit lost in the place with food plates on their hands looking for the correct tables.

I own a guttering and roof company and we can't make every customer happy. So take this negative review as a door for improvement on the things that I have...

Wanted to try a new cuisine and thought we couldn’t go wrong with Brazilian food. The place looked nice enough from the outside and at first glance it’s rather charming.

How mistaken we were.

The service was quite slow at times with us waiting 15-20 minutes to get the bill in the end, but understandable as they seemed to have few staff, however we weren’t sure if there was some preferential treatment as some people seemed to be served immediately while we waived down the waiters 3x before being approached.

The food was appallingly bland. I ordered an octopus starter as they were out of the polenta and it was ice cold and gooey making me feel rather Ill so I had to leave it.

The mains, whilst sounding rather intriguing, were again bland and nothing to write home about. My partner, who was excited to try the selection of grilled Brazilian meats was left shamefully chewing overcooked and tasteless cuts… this was big for him as he is always open to trying and is frankly very easy to please where food is involved.

The happy hour drinks were disappointing as hell. They came in tacky water glasses and mine was essentially a smoothie that I could’ve made at home. Working behind a bar myself, i make a lot of cocktails and feel at the very least they could update their glassware.

Overall, it was horrible. In the end, I finished my main as I was appalled by the notion I’d wasted another £18 in the establishment and go home hungry; the salt and pepper shakers made it tolerable. My partner and I decided we wouldn’t be going back before we’d even...

We booked a table for 4 at this restaurant for my partners Birthday. When we arrived we were shown to our table which was still dirty from the previous customers. They wiped the table and relaid while we were seated. We ordered cocktails which were served without straws and were told that if we wanted a straw we'd have to go to the bar and get it ourself. We ordered our food, just main courses. A waiter served a steak dish to the table next to us and offered them a prawn dish that was not for them. He then gave the prawns to my friend. He arrived back at our table with two mixed grills. I was missing my meal, a steak. The table next to us were also missing one meal. After about 5 minutes another waiter apologised to the table next to us that their meal had been meant for me and removed it from their table. He offered to serve the meal to me to which I refused as I did not want a meal that had been sat on another table for 5 minutes going cold. He walked away without saying anything. Another 5 minutes passed by which time the others at my table had almost finished their meals (some of which was cold) my meal was returned to me and was clearly the same dush reheated. My medium-rare order was now well done. I did not eat it. When the waiter asked what was wrong I told him that the steak was over cooked to which he replied 'how do you know? You haven't even tasted it' the staff were extremely rude throughout the evening. We were not offered more drinks and sat without a drink for most of the time there. Terrible service. Would...

I went to this place on the 16th of May in a rainy/drizzling day with a friend of mine. We are BOTH Brazilians and we would advise anyone to avoid this place. There are better Brazilian places, with better service and food to try in London. We sat at a table in front of an entrance to the building, outside. No one offered to dry the chairs we had to ask for it, to which I was given some tissue to do it myself. In the middle of our meal we had to move tables as we were pushed away by someone trying to get out of the building. We did move to another table, which we had to, AGAIN, set up and dry, ourselves. We were finishing our drinks and the table we moved to, was not exactly under the umbrella as the rain started to pour. We politely asked the manager (an Italian lady) if we could do so. She (impatiently) said, if we wanted to move we should make up your minds quick and do it, because she had more costumers booked for the evening. I had had enough and told her not to mind it. I asked for the bill to which she realised how rude she had been. She offered to deduct the service charge, I asked "What service??" There was none. Lame. Poor service, chewy meat and you will find better tasting and presented food in any kiosk in London. Not worth it AT ALL.

I had lunch with a friend on a Tuesday at this charming Brazilian restaurant in lively Camden and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the warm and welcoming staff made us feel at home. Despite the restaurant being busy, the service was attentive and engaging, with friendly interactions that added to the overall experience. The interior was richly cultural and inviting, creating a perfect setting for a relaxed meal. The menu offered a great variety of options, and we especially enjoyed their starters and tapas-style dishes, which were full of bold and exciting flavors. While I can’t speak to how authentic the food is, it was definitely delicious and satisfying. To top it off, we booked through The Fork and received a wonderful discount, which was applied smoothly with no issues. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience and I’d highly recommend this place for anyone looking to enjoy a flavourful and welcoming atmosphere in Camden.
