Madina Charcoal Grill — Restaurant in London

I have to say the customer service is nada, zero, bottom, unfriendly and unwelcoming. I have ordered shish kebab in the shop. The gentlemen behind the counter said 70pence for card transaction so i went to get some cash near the shop. by the time i was back my take away was ready. i paid and then check my dish it had pita instead of chips. The man gave me portion of chips and then kindly said "OKAY BYE NOW" so rude. got home willing to have take away i wanted and enjoy it. I got really bad surprise because instead what i wanted i got chewy pieces of something by Maidian charcoal grill called LAMB shish, were 70% of the dish was an onion on top of it it was really spicy. it is very upsetting. I called them up the same evening and asked to talk to the manager. After explanation He did not even try to apologies. He said I cant even have a delivery because there is no car at all. and at the end of our he said again...

One of the greediest shop I was very been too. I understand this is not a big brand or so but still when a customer complaints, their response is disgusting even though it is clearly thier own fault and they admit it. WTF some retarded people. Me and my friend bought the 37 Mix Grillez 03, they meant to give us 2pc Shish kebab, but instead they gave different cheap one.

When we asked the reason why did give us this one instead of Shish kebab, their answer was "bekause shish kebab is five pound my friend how can vee givve dat wheb de meal is only £15."

So I told but in the menu it says 2pc Shish kebab, so u meant to give me that, this is false advertising. They they say ohh it's a mistake in spelling. Like WTF

The owner cried to give me 1 pc shish kebab and started to raise his voice.

Finally I couldn't take all the retardness and left with 2extra drinks.

But tbh I would give them 5star for scamming...

I've had to log on to my second Google account just so I can leave this review. Jake Humphrey runs a podcast called high performance, and to be honest if he doesn't get Mr Madina on the show, it's a complete waste of time.

I've been to this gaffe more times than I can count now, and it just never fails to amaze. I won't lie, I had to enter negotiations to get a mixed lamb and chicken wrap, and as I have previously reviewed under different guises, any uncertainty that one encounters in order to get this delectable mix is worth it. I wouldn't call myself a kebab oracle by any stretch of the imagination, but I would be willing to bet that you could sample kebabs over the majority of the United Kingdom and you would be hard pressed to find one that gives you quite as much satisfaction as this.

I didn't even mention the steak chips. Just try them....
