Mazar Restaurant — Restaurant in London

All started when we got there it was as if we weren’t allowed to be in that this restaurant. it made me feel quite awkward , our waitress was not pleasent at all and carried on giving us quite blank replies not one smile we obviously took no notice , some people do have bad days but then it came to food and she placed a hot plate in front of my 9month old in which my partner had to end up moving himself. She had then said to him “I’m dealing with it”. My partner replied “I just didn’t want him to touch it as it’s hot”, she then just stared at him and replied “I’m handling it” and did move it onto my other plate and put my bread on the table ... she then continued to stare us down from the other side of the restaurant , very unpleasant and made us feel very uncomfortable. Due to the occasion being my partner’s birthday we are very upset with the service provided and has spoiled what was meant to be a special evening. When confronted about her behaviour she had said we didn’t say hi !? In which most of us baring me with a child did greet her upon our arrival. However, even if we did not say “hi” she is still suppose to provide a level of customer service to customers. I can’t fault the food as it was lovely but her rude remarks and attitude has completely ruined...

We were a table of four. We think the owner served us all, Mark. Tall dark and Hansome so polite (As a Chelsea Woman I can honestly say he is not in any way a creep to Women far from,but very respectful to all and makes you feel very at ease and relaxed!!) and knows exactly how to treat everyone. He was speaking 5 langauges that night to so many foreign people - WoW!!! we are certain he is secretly a spy ;) as he phoenaomally well travelled and has lived all over the world and even knew people we know in almost 8 different countires, Go Figure that!?! The food was excellent the evening was brilliant. Never spent so much time in one restaurant as the service was brilliant even though the battersea square was packed with hundreds of people, it was a very hot evening. He was a very funny guy and defo made our eve. My husband and I and our guests have since been back but it is not the same when he is not there, is he on secret mission?? Hurry back PLEEEEEASSSSeeee. Please make our evening our again. Look forward to the amazing service delicous food and Vino (Hick) and especially the very hot host, Mark thank you for making our evening. I am sure you made almost 100 tables very happy...

Hello everyone My husband and me was stopped in this restaurant just 30 minits ago We was ordering soup and burger we ask the waitress how long is gonna take he said 5min (we dont have to much time we had to run to airport ) We was waiting 20 min and decided to cancel the order but we offered to the service we would like to cancel but we can pay for that ist not a problem..well we was charged from the restaurant and one of the workers (a man )comme out from the kitchen like a boss when he heart we cant wait anymore!!!!!He was really unrespectfull...im a jung women i speak with respect but how he comme to me and how he was looked uns i was filled really really bad!!!!!!!!!!!(like we are shi.... people)we paid for the cancelled food ...but i dont wish anyone's to have that situation from this people's!!! Im really sad what happen normally i working in restaurant aswell but i never see something like...
