McDonald's — Restaurant in London

It was a bit of a disappointment really. Admittedly it was 7pm, but it did feel a bit like being in a biker eatery, full of anxious, suited & booted, Uber eats bikers with crash helmets on. So the that part of the store felt a little intimidating. Why can't McD have a policy of no crash helmets on whilst in store? Food: I thought I would try one of their new range hat-trick burgers at almost £5, I thought it would be a good one. I turned it into a medium meal with fries and a milkshake. The burger did have 3 patties and a small amount of pickles on top. However, it was sooooo dry! The burgers didn't seem to hold any moisture, felt like they had been cooked hours ago and left on the side. Later, I saw a photo of the hat-trick, and it was shown to have cheese in-between the patties, mine certainly didn't 😑 I felt suddenly short changed. The fries and milkshake were enjoyable though. Ground floor seating: wasn't busy, I couldn't hear the humdrum of all the bikers etc. They actually had light classical music playing in the background which was soothing, hence the ok rating. I'll start with the good points. Ordered table service here at this branch of the franchise for the first time ever. Food was brought to my table hot and within a reasonable time frame. As it's McDonald's you can always rely on the taste to be the same whichever branch you visit (at least in the UK, from what I've experienced). Now to the bad points. I requested that the girl who was on table service could clean the table I was sitting at, she said ok then disappeared for at least 7 mins. When it became apparent that she wouldn't be returning I was forced to clean my own table.

The milkshake had a little too much ice in it for my liking however I understand that with delivery services being a major part of McDonald's branches incomes the temperature does need to be very cold in order for the transition between restaurant to home to not have the milkshakes and ice creams melt too badly.

Other than these two issues was pretty much what you'd expect from a branch of a franchise like this. Points are taking away due to these issues. Customer service is everything in a big name restaurant such as this, today they...

Great, we went to McDonald's at Eltham high Street , food is great tasty. staff absolutely amazing, specially there was a girl in customer care named SURAIYA, she was very friendly, supportive and helpful to guests. We went there with some other friends to enjoy our meals , where there we found her a very helpful to us , where we celebrated on of our younger’s birthday she helped us to make it happen nicely it’s a best McDonald's I have ever been to. Cannot find any fault , the staff, they were lovely.

It’s very clean place and there are lots of places to order your food. It's a great place for a children's birthday party and there are a good amount of seats. However, it's always very packed. I doubt before go there that , it may be not suitable place for celebrating birthday but I was wrong , after visiting the place my thought completely changed that day .

Today again I visited there it’s my another good experience with McDonald. Thanks to smiling girl Suraiya for your cordial service. Also all team mates . Best wishes...
