McDonald's — Restaurant in London

Disgusting service. I’m never buying from this location again. I orderd 6 items and 6:30 in the morning and it took a whole hour to get to me and I only live down the road from this store. I called multiple time and the manager didn’t pick up at all. Also everything I orderd from here a lot of my items that I paid for was not there. And there was no way of getting through to them. I’m only rating it one star because I have to. This is such a crappy branch, the customer service is so bad I hope they close down. I will never. Ever. Order from here again. There clearly isn’t a manager. Whoever he or she is can’t even pick up the damn phone! Useless people. The one in Bellingham is much nicer and there’s no school children there acting crazy I literally rang 20 times I just counted and it’s actually been 2 hours now. It is 8am and the food is on its way. When I rang the store no one picked up and the line was engaged sometimes. NOT A SAFE PLACE TO EAT! Every time I go to McDonald’s in this restaurant there are always ALWAYS FIGHTS! Secondary school students come in after school and for some reason, they always hang out there and they don’t even eat, they go there to start fighting! I went there today and I had to leave, there were two school students causing a massive physical fight and because I know what the area is like, I would rather leave because I don’t want to get hurt! It’s not safe, another time there was Police in this McDonald’s because again, these students (and they’re from the same school!) were physically fighting and I think one of the customers got hurt, I’m not sure I may be wrong. This is ridiculous it should be closed down at this point, I was terrified today. These ‘kids’ think that they own the place, this McDonald’s is full of antisocial behaviour from those students. The double bacon and egg muffin was excellent and so was the coffee! I have to visit more often! Today I tried the new Big Arch Burger, which I found a bit dry until I added some ketchup and I also had a Fillet of Fish, which is always very nice and a large Coke to wash it all down. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of the foods and drink, although as I said, I found the Big Arch Burger a bit dry until I added some ketchup. The Fillet of Fish Burger was of the usual excellent quality and the large Coke was just perfect to wash everything down in this fairly hot weather. Today I tried the Breakfast Roll with Ketchup and a flat white Coffee to go with it. The Breakfast Roll was very good, Sausage, Bacon and Egg with Ketchup, all in a lovely toasted Roll. It tasted fantastic and the portion was large enough to satisfy my hungry tummy! The flat White was nice and strong and perfect to wash it all down.
