TV order screen wasn't working so staff called out orders instead. However, despite it being a busy Friday evening, orders were being called out at regular conversational volume. After waiting just shy of half an hour I went to the front to ask if my order had been called. The staff mumbled something incomprehensible and handed me a bag of food. I paused for a moment. I can feel my fellow customers looking over towards me and I know I will be judged negatively by them for not asserting my right as a customer to receiving warm edible food. However, I'm completely fed up at this point and I desperately wanted to get out of there. So I grabbed my sorry brown bag and left. To say it was a disappointing meal would be an understatement. But there are those moments in life where you are tired and hungry, and you've waited so long for it, that you'll eat it no matter how bad it is. Tonight was one of those nights. My dinner wasn't food, it was just matter. It was just a package of calories that bedded down my hunger for the evening. To that end it did it's job. But it was a chore to eat. And thus, given that I spent 30 minutes of my life and £6.99 on this misery, I rate this...
Read moreI am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I have been receiving at your establishment. I am a regular customer who visits your restaurant almost daily to purchase a Coca-Cola, but every time I ask for ice to be added to my drink, I am told that the ice has run out or given other excuses for why it cannot be provided.
I find this practice to be unacceptable, as Coca-Cola is traditionally served with ice, and I believe that customers should be able to enjoy their drinks as they prefer. Furthermore, I have noticed that when I ask for a refund due to the lack of ice, your staff suddenly "find" some ice and add it to my drink.
I am disappointed that I have to go through this inconvenience every time I visit your restaurant, and I feel that it is unfair that I have to ask for a refund to get the drink I paid for. I hope that you can address this issue with your staff and ensure that your customers receive the service they deserve. I would appreciate a response regarding the actions you will take to address this issue.
Thank you for your attention to...
Read moreTo whom this may concern. I paid a visit to one of your restaurants in Kent. When I arrived there was a slight queue but not too bad. I entered the back of the queue but due to blocking of the side road one of your security asked me to go around the block and join the line again. By this point a few more cars had joined the line and I refused as I was already in the line. Your security was rude and told me he would refuse entry into McDonalds Entrance .Once we had a discussion about the matter the manager of the store came out and basically told me to move on and I would not be served. I was not happy with the way I was spoken to and also not happy being told to leave the queue to then rejoin further down the line. Also being a keyworker in the hard times the world is going through and been a work from day one and not having time off work it was a disgrace from the staff and your security that I was refused entry into your drive thru. I will not be going back to this restaurant from the fact the way you treated your customers. Disgrace. Stay...
