Me and my child went to order a basic McDonald’s happy meal with additional six chicken nuggets and halloumi fries with a fruit shoot drink
But unfortunately, the lady taking my order could barely speak English and then told me when I provided her with a reward code she was not going to accept it
Told me to move on to the next window as she’s was taking other people orders, I then proceeded to ask for her manager to attend the window Who at first seemed ok then turned out to be a bigger CLOWN than the employee.
Manager Name is :Manisha And employees who took my order was called Amah … these two individuals should not be working there less alone able to communicate with people as they can barely speak any English
The manager spent about 15 minutes trying to argue with me the fact that part of my order was missing and tried to blame myself for it not being on the order
Honesty, where do they find these people? After 10 minutes of arguing with the lady I had enough and said to her, I will happily pay for the missing items. She then told me that’s fine proceed to the end window N0 3 and then when I moved to the next window she told me all sorry I can’t take your order. You drive round back to window 1.

All of the below is probably done by someone who gets paid to sit through hours of recordings through CCTV as some of the examples I have found on reviews are exactly with same M.O.
If you visit it twice in a day for example entered 8 AM for breakfast and again for 2 PM for Lunch. They will use your entrance time at 8AM and exit time for 2 and send you a fine.
If you are parked anywhere else in their yellow lines or stopped whilst still in the car, when kids go and get stuff, you will be fined.
If you are 1 inch away from parking lines especially with big cars, you will get a fine
If you are parked in disable bay just to collect an order or for got to display disable badge they will zoom in your car windows and check the recordings to issue fines.
Even if you are 2 minutes over 60 minutes, you will get a fine.
There is a big scam, check MET parking services for Google and Trustpilot Reviews.
They and mcdonalds work hand in hand and share profits. MCDONALDS WILL NOT HELP YOU AND WILL WASH THEIR HANDS. They have sold their souls and ripping clients off. I for one will be completely boycotting MCD. It's reached their CEO several years ago and still no action. You can reat reviews of parking services going back years and find the same.
