Salisbury cafe and the wonderful people who run it are absolutely a delight to meet. I work across the street at the Vista centre from them and they automatically became a go to cafe for my morning Oat Latte or an occasional lunch of Veg Kebab with falafel or a panini sandwich and I almost have the feeling of being someplace warm, someplace special, a place closer to home, especially if you are an expat like me. The highlights of the cafe start at Turkan’s infectious smile and goes on to every dish on the menu, the drinks, both hot and cold and lastly, the art displays on their walls. This is by far the best cafe I have ever been to. They are so loving and friendly and create such a homely feel and the food, oh my the food is made with love and always fresh. Whenever I’m sick their lentil soup with homemade bread always gets me better. My absolute favourite is the old school cake and homemade custard which is always my add on (even when I buy brekkie) they now have this homemade sauce, one spicy and one mild... it’s so tasty with chips, in a burger or even just as a side dip, you must try it... they are my favourite (and I’m a very picky eater) I would never be seen in any other cafe..
