McDonald's — Restaurant in London

Absolutely horrendous service and disgusting food. I live quite far and decided to grab some nuggets for the way home and why on earth was I met with the most raw and disgusting nuggets. I am extremely upset as when I rung up I thought maybe we could come up with a solution to fix this so I can go about my day however not only was the woman which took the call was incredibly rude and disrespectful she continued to tell me she couldn’t do anything about it offering absolutely no refund considering I can get severely sick from this. Despite me living thirty minutes away I could not stand her attitude and put up with the drive back so I could get somewhat of a refund and get my complain through for their horrible customer service. Not only did I drive back there which shouldn’t have had to be done in the first place yet I was still met with the same attitude from the call in real life as they began to accuse of lying that the nuggets were raw and not from their shop which I find extremely ABSURD and cannot believe that they’d even start to accuse me of such thing but not only did they say this but they also said that I had complained last week which is impossible if I do not even live in the area and it really goes to show the amount of complains they regularly get. I feel attacked as if this was any one else other than a black woman which is me it wouldn’t have went down this route of them blaming me. These staffs which decided not to give me their names were middle aged one i believe was an asian man and the other woman had curly hair. I am a customer which is supposed to be served with respect but has been treated very far from that. It is safe to say I will never be revisiting this McDonald’s and I do not recommend...

To start off with. If I could give 0 stars I really would.

I ordered a chocolate milkshake, double cheeseburger, large fries, small smarties McFlurry ice cream & a small fanta. As usual McDonald's is packed with people around the hours of 2:30-7:00, which is totally understandable. However what I find ridiculous is the lack of staff every time I visit. As usual the card machines never print receipts. I was standing and waiting for my food, 10 mins later and i'm watching my ice cream melt at the side. After seeing large orders made after mine leave, roughly 15 mins later they call my number for my food. I instantly ask for a fresh ice cream to be made since it has been sitting at the side for so long. The lady huffed and walked off, when she came back she handed me my drinks and ice cream with my food in a bag. I then asked for a larger bag (considering its for take away initiative should have told her that I needed something to carry all of my food in). She slapped the bag down on the desk and walked away. So I had to serve myself to to tissues, a cup holder, straws and sauce ( Literally had to lean over the counter to collect them myself) There was a high lack of customer service. A sauce is usually all you have to ask for, I did not even get a chance to ask, and she did not offer either. What made this even more shocking was the fact that she was a trainee manager as well. Greatly Disappointing. After a long evening gaming, decided to order some Mcdonalds via Uber Eats. Firstly I know that Uber eats isn't always reliable in terms of how hot the food is. However...

Our order came to £30. Not all of the order turned up, we were missing a chicken legend which quite frankly I was looking forward to out of the whole order. The chicken nuggets we ordered were so well done that they weren't even edible. As for the chicken select we received, these were also so well done and dry that it was as-if you cooked them 2 hours earlier and left them on a hot plate.

The chips were bone dry and so cold, it was as-if I had pulled out a bag of frozen skinny chips from Iceland out of my freeze and began munching on them The double cheese burgers tasted burnt and you could physically see that they were a bit burnt.

The only thing I enjoyed partly was the Mcflurry, but even then the second we bought was more full than my own. The drinks we ordered were meant to be regular coke but instead turned as as coke zero, WITH DOUBLE LIDS ON - I can see where my 6 pound chicken legend went.

To sum this review up, this has to be the worst experience i've had with Barking Mcdonalds, either the people who are cooking have no idea how to cook a simple burger or that the person cooking was so high that they forgot to take the food...
