I always order from here so I was very shocked and disappointed with the food received on 15.08.2025 I came within the last hour of them closing so by the time my food was ready and I got home it was too late to call and complain about finding an unwanted guest in my food, bearing in mind i actually took a bite of my food to look down and see that which actually looks like it has been cooked into the food I have attempted to resolve this issue twice, the first time I called and spoke with someone who straight away put the blame on me stating I left my food out which was incorrect and not the case at all, I was the ran off the phone and advised to contact and speak with the manager, I then went into the restaurant to attempt to speak with the manager again and the same guy I spoke with on the phone ran me out of the restaurant again fobbing me off stating to speak with the manager tomorrow All I want is this to be resolved as I actually enjoyed eating from here but will not anymore no1 due to bug in my food but secondly the customer service received by staff at this...

Very disappointed!!! I can now understand why every time I drive past that the restaurant is always empty We visited last night arrived at around 7 o’clock The waiter came over without uttering a word and placed the menus in the middle of the table .He then asked if we wanted drinks . Came over with the drinks and said are we ready to order , we said if we could have a few minutes more to decide , he then just stood there until we were ready . While having our meal we were approached 6 times if we wanted more drinks , I’m sure after telling a waiter you don’t need any more drinks that you then wouldn’t have another ask you the same question after 2 mins . After the table was cleared we received our bill on our table promptly after 2 mins ! We didn’t even ask for it . We felt like we were being rushed out and the time was only 8.30 We paid and all 6 of us walked out not even one waiter said goodbye or even acknowledged us leaving . I took my younger sisters here to celebrate their birthday, I've got to say I'm not sure I've ever been treated so well in any resteraunt in my life (including a few stellar central london places).

The restaurant is clean and cosy, the music was adjusted to our taste when we were the only ones left in the place, the servers were kind and attentive and though our waiter didn't know much about alcohol, he made a few trips back and fourth to the bar to answer some of the questions we had about the wine.

I feel the only slight downside is the food; it's not bad AT ALL, but perhaps the price to quality ratio is slightly out. other than the Peshawari naan being the best I've ever had, the currys, rice and sides were on the more run-of -the-mill side.
