Metro's Fried Chicken — Restaurant in London

Ordered food on a Tuesday afternoon. Received it in a sealed bag and when I opened it at home I realized half of the order was missing. Phoned the place to tell them about it, but on the other side was a person who barely spoke English, so I couldn't explain what went wrong. They hung up on me, so I tried again and I had to listen to two people discussing the order in a unknown language to me for few minutes till I finally hung up. I used the app to complain about it and apparently I'm getting a refund for the half I'm missing in 5 to 7 working days. Yay! I'm still hungry now though......

Really hit or miss. I'd recommend sticking to the wings or burgers.

Chips are usually bang on though. They usually cook to order them rather than sitting under a heat lamp all day. Much rather wait a bit longer...
