Milk Bar — Restaurant in London

I’ve just finished a take-away cake from this wonderful little cafe and had to come leave a review. A truly charming little cafe with a lot of warmth and quality. From the welcoming smile of the baristas to the display case inside the door filled with cakes this whole cafe just feels good to walk into.

Not only that but for the quality of treats you can by the prices are hugely reasonable. I had a cake which would have cost 4x the price in a Patisserie Valerie, but was far more delicious and decadent. Even if you just want something simple like an almond pastry or croissant you will not be disappointed!

Highly recommended. Honestly consider changing my commute just to get breakfast at this...

I have mixed feelings about Milk Bar. On my first visit, I bought a couple of pastries that were absolutely delicious and only cost £5 for both! I was pleasantly surprised. However, my second visit was a letdown. I purchased another pair of pastries, but they were overcooked and unfortunately, inedible. It was disappointing to waste my time and money on such poor quality. Perhaps it's just an off day, but consistency is key. Hope...

Ordered breakfast from Milk Bar on deliveroo this morning, we tried the full English breakfast and sausage and egg wrap and I also ordered a cappuccino and tiramisu cake. The order arrived promptly, all the food was really fresh and well made and the tiramisu cake was delicious. Highly recommend if you’re fancying a cafe style breakfast whilst staying at home :) and once the cafe is open again I will definitely be visiting...
