Horrible customer service.

I ordered food here with a friend, I ordered a meal and a small portion of fries which I paid for. The woman taking my order wasn’t listening to what I was saying but took the order I stated and read it back.

When my meal came, there was a small portion of rice for my friend when I specifically said FRIES.

I told the lady that I ordered fries not rice, and she was challenging me stating that I said rice when I ordered fries as I didn’t know they even had rice.

Then the other staff started to get confrontational regarding it, as the lady looked like she couldn’t own up to a mistake.

Then she later accused me of not paying for it when I completely did, but it was just a desperate move as she couldn’t own up to the mistake, furthermore she even tried accusing me of not paying for it?

The other staff kept asking me that if I do not want the rice, when I stated I never ordered it in the first place.

I was later given fries for it when I paid for peri fries but I couldn’t be bothered for the hassle.

It’s not like the order was wrong, the staff gave me the wrong order and decided to get confrontational for such a silly thing.

Not coming back here again as it was appalling...

DO NOT ORDER!!! From these people this is the second time i ordered their (buy one get one free) offer on donor meat and chips and the second time the portion (both portions) was about 5 chips and 2 strands of meat if you put both portions in one box it’s still less than one small portion of donor meat and chips they are scamming I actually sent the picture to Uber eats who almost didn’t believe me because there was literally nothing in both boxes and both times they have refunded me ,such a shame and I don’t know how they are getting away with this they did this 5 months ago the first time I ordered and I gave them the benefit of the doubt today as they was closest to my house and we was hungry ,we had to order again from another restaurant also the burger I ordered was so undercooked it was cold in the middle a food hazard!! The owner will surely comment underneath saying it’s all lies and if you would like to see for yourself then order and you will see exactly what I’m talking about,it’s 3 star food rating and they are serving raw undercooked food and extremely...

The service is terrible. We ordered the food in our break time and instead of receiving what we have ordered we have received what was convenient for them. We have ordered mix sandwich (chicken & lamb) and we have received only chicken as the lamb was not ready yet. Professionally way was for them to ask us what we would prefer as the lamb is not ready yet, not to decide for us as we paid in full. We have requested a refund and he informed us we are not welcome any more in the shop. Highly not recommended with the service. This is just ridiculous.

Response from the owner an hour ago Sorry you always asking free extra meat staff was not able to offer you on this occasions. Hope you understand.

Later edit: To be polite I would normally need the receipt to use it as a proof but we have not being provided with one. We are not asking for free meat we are only asking for what we have paid for. You should be more appreciative for the customers who helped your business coming regularly for the last 2 months. The other customers should know how you treat your...
