Moe’s Grill — Restaurant in London

I used to be a loyal customer to this place, but will not be placing anymore orders via Deliveroo (Used to spend anywhere from £50-£60). They have constantly messed up with my order by providing missing items. I phoned them today to find out why my drinks were missing and wanted to share my feedback. The person I spoke to had horrible customer service (very sarcastic and constant interruptions). He hung up mid way of me explaining my concerns to prior deliveries with missing items and when trying to address the issue he simply said 'It's too busy, call back after 10pm'. Anyone in their right frame of mind would know this is a huge inconvenience for a long standing customer and, goes to show you they don't care and are not bothered. I guess I'll put my money somewhere they do appreciate long standing customers and take customer feedback seriously. #Bad behaviour of staff, even mannerless. Don’t know how to talk with customers. Worst food quality ever I try in london. Price is expensive compared with others. Even test of food is poor. I order donar lamb with fries, I am feel socked when it comes infort of me. They made it curry donar lamb. Wtf . Absolutely abyssmal customer service. If need be (which they really should!) the management need to put their staff on a customer service course for dummies. Their behaviour is horrendous and incredibly sarcastic which in my opinion shouldn't even be accepted as a common workplace value. If you value your customers, you would value their time and feedback in order to make the business better.

Will not be ordering from this place ever and would recommend for anyone who think this is a good option to look somewhere else. You will not be valued nor appreciated and will be met with sarcasm and appalling behaviour. There are many better areas to order...
