Moe's Peri Peri Grill — Restaurant in London

It’s shocking bad at Moe’s which is such a shame as everything else within the complex is really nice. The service is always slow. Always. The food just isn’t good. It’s REALLY isn’t. Stale chips/nachos, the veggie options have NO flavour, the chicken comes either burnet to a crisp or stringy and kinda undercooked. The last time i went we ordered a milkshake and a waffle. It took 15 mins for the milkshake to come ans another 20 for the waffle. The waffles are always way overcooked so they’re basically crunchy biscuits. I honestly don’t understand how those extractor fans are not a health and safely issue. The smell is abhorrent, any time i have gone to moe’s my hair and clothes need to be washed immediately. It’s not just the inside, the entire outside reeks. I feel so sorry for those that live ans work around this ‘restaurant’. If I’m honest, I think this place has one of the nicest burgers in the north/northwest region. Im not a person to be leaving reviews but this honestly has been such a great experience. From the second we walked in to order for takeaway the atmosphere was phenomenal. I’m an awkward person but funny and the guy that served me absolutely took on the banter. I’m not even a foodie and I suffer from an eating disorder but when I tell you this place hit every sweet spot in my mouth I mean it. The Chicago burger was damn great. It was the juiciest and softest burger I’ve had in a very long time and I will be returning again and again. It honestly was such a great experience. Their biscoff frappe was so good as well like I will be returning for that on a usual basis 🫶🏼 to be fair, it is a fairly new place but quality of the food is actually really good for its price and the workers are nice too. I used to hit up @moes_peri_peri every week when I used to work in Hatfield back in the days. Loved their peri chicken and value for money and now they have a branch in London for all of us to try out.

Their peri chicken remains very good! I can tell there's a slight alteration with the sauce as it's more peppery but none the less very good!

Wasn't expecting too much of the burger but surprisingly good! The strips were dry and disappointing though, quite hard and chewy.

The beef loaded fries looked good however felt like they were microwaved to melt the cheese and so all the chips were soft and soggy as a result. The actual beef and cheese was good though but improvement needed with the chips themselves.

Waffle was pretty average but shake was nice and hot choc is a good option for this cold weather. All in all a good spot and I do recommend trying this spot out as their peri is very nicely done!
