Moo & Bean Cafe — Restaurant in London

I'd like to first of all address the absolute shocking recent review that has been posted. To complain about food quality and the pricing, walk into any cafe now and your looking to pay the exact same the moon and bean charge for a full English/tea/coffee if anything cheaper. Loud music? Not at all, my son who isn't keen on major loud noise never EVER moans about the noise nor music that plays here.. while one the subject of children to quote it is a non child friendly place is laughable as I witness not only my son but other children of all ages that come into or even outside the cafe is greeted with open arms and a smile. Because the owner who may I add is most genuine and well spoken was to busy attending his customer at the front of his que and wasn't able to attend your needs the minute you shouted for service (btw i was there to witness) gives you 0 rights to splurt utter lies and nonsense onto somebody's business they work so hard on building. I would be ashamed. I come here almost every day if not every other and have pleasure with every encounter. Dog poo outside the front of the cafe? Must be...

If I could have given this place No stars I would have. I had broken down in my car around the corner from this cafe and I needed the toilet so popped in to ask if I could use there toilet explained I had broken down with my father and was told first someone was using the toilet and I said I would wait and he said it was actually for paying customers to which I told him thanks and went to a cafe called nanna Bs over the road who were lovely and let me use there toilet after explaining and gave my dad a free tea. Whilst waiting for the tow truck the owner of moo and bean walked past and I thanked him again for not letting me use his facilities and he looked straight through me! After reading the other reviews I now see that the owner is throughly unpleasant and the food he sells...

Whenever I'm passing I make a point of popping in. The food is well priced and has great quality. The coffee is brilliant and again priced very well the owner is friendly and nice, always have a laugh while I'm waiting.

I had food here the other day and had to run out for a phone call, in place of it getting cold he kept the food warm in the oven for me! That's customer service!

10/10 would recommend.

As for the people claiming the owner is rude when you have a problem. I had a minor issue, I picked something up that had a just passed sell by date, so I mentioned it. no excuses he sorted the issue out, also allowed me to change what I wanted as well.
