i am absolutely seriously fuming. I ordered a lychee fruit tea large with tapioca and when it came the colour wasn’t right. so i asked the guy what tea did he make it with and he proceeded to tell me green tea. so then i replied and said i wanted black tea and the RUDE lady asked me if i specified that i wanted black tea??? first of all, it is her DUTY to ask me if i wanted green or black tea and if he had asked me i would’ve told him i wanted black tea you don’t ASSUME. and you definitely do not tell customers they should’ve specified it instead of acknowledging he made a mistake and remake it for me. matter of fact, it wouldn’t even be bad if they just apologised to me, i would’ve let it go and just firmed the green tea drink. HOWEVER, she decided to blame it on me as if it was my fault that he ordered me the incorrect drink NO. !!!!! if there are two of the same drinks you ask the customer which one they would like to avoid mistakes like this. secondly, i have worked in hospitality and whenever there is an incorrect item, it is ALWAYS remade, even if the customer wasn’t clear. it’s not even about the customer being clear, it’s about the associate proving them with the options that would best suit them. i’m genuinely really and truly so angry i don’t even write reviews but i seriously had to because that lady seriously ruined my mood. it was such a sweet drink which i had to swallow down because she refused to remake the drink. absolutely zero customer service, the guy seemed very sweet but that girl was so defensive and even her body language was just pure disrespectful. seriously i will not be...

So the flavours and prices and size is good, Loads of options available and very fast seevice. When the two young girls make the drinks it's always perfect. However my review is three stars because when the guy makes the tea there's huge cubes of ice still in my drink but I don't know till I reach the end. Please blend the drinks more!!!
