Morley's Beckenham — Restaurant in London

This is my first time frequenting this business if you are to eat in then there is limited seating and from what I could see there was no obvious sign of a public bathroom. There is also limited to no parking available so bear this in mind. Now onto the food I got what I would call a deluxe chicken burger with fries and drink meal, overall I would give a 8/10 the chicken burger was over sauced and as the bun was not toasted it became difficult to eat without disassembly although this gave me a chance to taste all the ingredients which was nice to taste and well cooked. Now the fries are small French fries although I got a large portion sadly I don't think they were quite fresh cooked but still hot and edible. Ordered food and waited an hour and a half got a confirmation email of delivery through the morleys app on google play.

Called the branch the member of staff on the phone told me my phone doesn't work and he had been trying to ring me it works perfectly fine!!

Then told we cannot deliver to you as your to far away after waiting for food for so long then I asked for a refund and was told to contact orderyoyo why do I have to go through orderyoyo !! I paid by card why can't it be refunded!! ...don't try to get a delivery from here or...

Once upon a time this was my favourite morleys.. not anymore. Prices have gone up and the food is horrible. Staff used to be really friendly but there seems to be new people there now and they were very rude. There's a morleys on the same road further towards penge high street that sells 2 wings and chips for a pound but this one wants £1.20 for 3 wings on their own, what a rip off.
