I am way overdue with my review but I had to leave one! Let me tell you this restaurant was absolutely amazing. I was trying to organise a surprise meal for my son's 18th birthday for the beginning of this month. Not only were they the only ones to get back to me in a timely manner answering my enquiry via email, they were so accommodating, patient, warm and hospitable. I dealt with Erkan and he was friendly and all of the above. When it came closer to the date, there was a bit of misunderstanding and I was stressing but out of his own back he went above and beyond to (in his words) "not to ruin your sons birthday". When I went there two days before the booking, Erkan was away but Mo took over and he again had the same energy as Erkan which was great! They made it feel like we were having a private party at a friends house as all the staff were friendly, welcoming, fun and just AMAZING! Great vibes from beginning to end, from the first point of contact to the last minute we were there! Everyone had a really great time, loved the food- food came out hot and fresh! To do that dealing with 45 people was impressive! Thank you for making my son's surprise 18th a success!Really appreciate it!Even to this day people are mentioning it! Read moreIt is such a shame because the food was great but we left the restaurant with a very bad taste in our mouths! We saw many other tables with Christmas crackers and asked if we could also have some have. The waitress said she would ask her manager and then came back with the crackers. When we received the bill, we found a misc charge on it. When we queried what this was on the bill, we were told it was for the crackers - they charged us £1.50 for each cracker. We spoke to the manager who was very rude, we explained that we were not told there would be a charge for these. He said, you asked for them, you need to pay for them. We had also ordered from the Christmas menu. In addition, we were given a second copy of the bill which then showed and additional £15 for the service charge. Whilst we were intending on paying for the service, we had not thought we would be charged for the crackers. The 10% service charge should also not have been automatically added to the bill, after we queried the misc element. The service charge was not on the first copy of the bill.
We could not fault the waiter who was very jolly and attentive too.

Read moreI called the restaurant twice the first time someone hang up in my face because I asked them kindly to not call me honey or sweetheart to keep professional. I being using this restaurants for years and it’s very very sad that when you call to do a complain, to sort things out between us He treat customers like a liar or a freak, whoever answer my call was just being rude v very rude ( Manager or owner wants to hear our phone call I have record) I am disgusted by the attitude of whoever answer me do to my complain! I called to tell what happens with my calamari order , I only received two pieces!!! ( By the way almost 6 pounds) he said to me that the chef told them that was three pieces!!! now I didn’t wanna accuse the chef! but it’s a whole between the food left at the restaurant and wen came to my house??? I just received two passes!! Why I would waste my time for one little piece of calamari and why they couldn’t sort things up between us? By the end everything was cold !!!they lost a customer for their very bad attitude, I used to order 2,3 time a week ! but today I order from my mom app because my one it wasn’t working !! disgusting attitude !!!
