Morley's Croydon - Mitcham Road — Restaurant in London

The worst customer service. Went yesterday. Gave order while the shop was empty. Had my 2 small children as I was coming back from work. As a single mum I cannot leave my kids home in their own. After the order I was asked to wait outside as it's 2 people at time. The greedy man wanted me out waiting on road with my kids so he can take other people order. I sent my kids in the car. I told him I refuse to stand outside the shop with my kids as I am not begging for food. I told him I shouldn't have to send my kids in the car on their own as its illegal. The girl and the man working there started to shout that I shouldn't bring my kids out and if I am not happy I should stay home and cook. I am a single mum keyworker and my kids are coming with me at work. I was abused and left we no food. I never felt so insulted as a single mum. The law says social distance but no 2 people allowed at the time. Especially I am alone with my kids in the shop. Actually even the other customer apologized to me saying it's wrong what he did. I have been going there for years. But now I will never stop there. 1 of my colleague was also mistreated and abused cuz she was overcharged . He actually said to f... off when I refused to buy cuz of...

I’ve been coming to this Morley’s for a long time, and honestly, the quality has really gone downhill. The food just doesn’t taste as nice and fresh as it used to. There’s a member of staff who has worked there for years, whenever he served me before, he always had good customer service and made sure the chicken and chips were fresh and enjoyable. Unfortunately, that standard is no longer there.

Recently, I bought two boxes of wings and was very disappointed. Every single piece was cold, over-salted, and tasted like it had been sitting around instead of being freshly cooked. It felt like no care was taken at all. For a place that used to be my go-to, it’s sad to see it drop this much in quality.

Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this branch anymore especially when there are other chicken shops around that still put effort into serving fresh, tasty food and looking after their customers. Morley’s needs to step up again, because right now it’s not...

I tried to write a review in just eat.. but anyway. Service amazing, the company even called me back when I called. The food was awful only for the reason that everything was too spiced to eat, even the chips, me and my kids didn’t eat it as it burned our mouths.. the actual food if it wasn’t spiced I am sure was nice.. but chicken burgers cold to touch, I love opposite and delivery was super quick. But the taste. It’s like they cook the hot wings in the same oil as all the other chicken and chips. My child who is five got upset.. and my other daughter just couldn’t eat. It’s such a shame as the service was perfect.. but I wasted £22 for nothing, really gutted as in these times we can’t afford to spend and food not...
