Pizza Go Go Croydon — Restaurant in London

Well this store need to see inside especially owner , I called and placed the order for delivery and the guy take my order thensaid hold I m busy ? Okay after I min I heard all the story of kitchen guys then he took my order and I want to pay by card I do that most shocking thing he don’t even ask my Sb’s number and said payment declain? After I found out I have been charged ? And when u ask him to give to manger he gave to driver who deliver the pizza to me and he told me he gonna Chaco my account and he come with receipts and when I ask him he doing drama in front of my door he didn’t come with his full name and the guy he told take my order is a kid then guys as I work in pizza shops better then them there is no card mechine who didn’t ask you cvc code at the end ,, and expo alley driver didn’t run the business he have n right to talk to the customer he needs to respect and don’t threaten the customer , so the owner of that store or the manger plz give some respect to your customer don’t lie them if u get paid tell them don’t lie it’s not being paid and also tech some manners to your staff about delivering and your person on the phone about lie and doing fraud to them , I m going to changed my card as he put me on hold coz he gona safe card details , so sort your...

I ordered through an online takeaway service with a 20% off coupon for first time customers (first time with the restaurant, not the takeaway service). I am pretty loyal to my normal pizza place, but with 20% off I decided to give Pizza GoGo a try.

The delivery was a couple minutes late, but in all fairness the window was kind of narrow, so that's forgivable. It arrived within about 50-minutes of ordering and the driver was polite and friendly.

The pizza: I bought a medium (only big enough for one adult) Pepperoni Plus with a thin crust. It was good and satisfying, pretty standard as far as pizzas go, but a lot better than some of the bland offerings out there.

The wings: THESE WERE SO GOOD! I don't generally like wings that are dripping in BBQ sauce, but these wings were so fat and so juicy - oh, man. Just delicious.

All in all, I spent £12.42 (£10.95 pizza, £3.95 wings, £0.50 card surcharge, -£2.98 with 20% off deal). I think it was worth it with the coupon. It's unlikely I'll order from Pizza GoGo again and pay full price given the pricing and portions, when compared to other takeaways. That said, if I happened to be walking by, I would absolutely walk in and buy more of...

DO NOT PREPAY your order from this place. Last night I ordered a pizza and cookie dough at around 11pm and paid by card. A whole hour and a bit later there was still no sign of my order but I could see online that my order had been sent to the shop. When I called the shop I spoke with Hassan who told me he did not know what I was talking about. I went as far as taking myself to the shop to show them proof that I had ordered and paid for my order but Hassan refused to give me my food or my money back. I then spoke to Farhad who said he would look into this and refund me but didn't bother take a name. They kept telling me I need to "call head office" but couldn't give me a number and there's was none available online. Obviously having gone midnight and being in a position where I've already spent my money this was no help. Poor customer service altogether, not only was I hungry but I was also now short of money I could have spent elsewhere. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN and can see from other reviews on just eat that they do this to other people too. I still haven't had my money back and have contacted head office.
