I brought my family here to eat and while in the middle of eating a glass exploded and shattered all across the table. Now the staff told me it wasnât the bulb above our table which conveniently was missing and refused to provide CCTV footage so we could see what exactly happened. After watching us for 5 minutes as we cleaned the table ourself a staff member came over and gave me a sponge to clean the glass off our table as if I work there and I continued to do his job.. then they stared and wouldnât take our plates which were filled with Glass or clear up. Eventually they began to clean up and asked us to move to which they refused to remake our food due to us having ate some food and said they would only make us one pizza out of my whole ÂŁ75 order they then brought out the pizzas in 20 minute intervals with 10 people sitting at the table being stared at by the whole store a random person even screamed noticing the glass all over the place. The owner eventually came in stating that itâs not there fault if the glass explodes and that if anyone was affected we would have to call the ambulance ourself. He defended his staffs actions and offered a partial refund with no food no sympathy or compassion as I am a regular at there place. He then felt embarrassed when he was told how he should of handled the situation and offered me a full refund without trying to stop us leaving or holding us as customers. We left with glass all over our clothes and starving as we never got to eat and were treated as if we were not important and as if it was our fault the glass exploded. Iâve never seen a glass explode without being touched I was disappointed by the owners handling of the situation and support in dealing with this properly I wonât be going back or recommending them to anyone from my...
Read moreEvery time Iâd come to London Iâd visit Mr. Singhâs for their pizzas. Being a vegetarian this used to be good. It used to be good before a few years. This trip I visited Mr. Singhâs and it was a big disappointment. All of us that had the food fell sick. Regardless, we visited the place a second time giving them the benefit of doubt. A huge mistake, food was terrible and the service was worse. When asked the person about it they mentioned we told you in your previous visit to not order it on the pizza. The manager just told us itâs a unique taste and either you like it or donât and that it doesnât go well with pizza. This time around we were ordering loaded fried and hoped the spicy paneer which is a mince would be good. The so called spicy paneer is not spicy itâs plain paneer with some turmeric. After telling them how this is bland and not spicy as the name suggests. The person and the counter gave us a few shrugs mentioned itâs not spicy I donât know why they call it spicy. Itâs really bland and we donât like it ourselves. I told her you need to do something about it as it wasnât even edible. After consulting with her manager they offered to give some green chillies or other toppings to put on top, we settled with the chilli paneer topping. Even though the attitude wasnât great we neglected it. The worst was when the manager came to the till and was talking bad about us in punjabi. Unfortunately, I do understand the language and it was extremely disrespectful. We didnât even feel like completing our meal.
The food and service at the restaurant used to be good back in the day but is terrible now. If youâre reading this, trust me you should avoid it at any cost, corner shop pizzas are better and the service too. Theyâve surely lost a customer and at this place their on...
Read moreI definitely would never recommend this restaurant to anyone and if there was an option to leave a review with zero stars then i would as they donât deserve a single one. I was refused a table for me and my family stating they had no space for prams in their restaurant. I have never been anywhere and refused entry and discriminated on the basis of having a baby. This is outright rude and i will definitely be taking this issue further. As soon as we walked in the staff member came up to us and the first thing she said was âsorry no prams allowedâ. She didnât even have the courtesy to greet us with a hello. They have a complete lack of customer service and common sense. Another staff member then came out to apologise and twice said how he didnât have to come out to apologise. I am sorry but you are doing me no favours by coming out of your restaurant to apologise for a completely disgusting rule of allowing no prams. He used the excuse that there is no space for them when there was three customers sitting down and plenty of free chairs and tables available. However i suppose if you are not willing to move a couple of chairs for a pram then you are just plain ignorant. I would advise all parents with babies to avoid this restaurant, they are not at all family friendly and if you are considering leaving your baby to eat here then they simply donât deserve your business if they cannot accomodate for...
