Beautiful, delicious and definitely the best local Vietnamese noodle cafe.
After walking past this place many times before opening, it was definitely worth the wait! Outside is nicely designed with a ramp for wheel chair access, the inside is even better.. the aesthetic is a mix of vibrant, but relaxing cafe vibes. The staff were super welcoming, friendly and speak fluent English.
I came here today to have lunch with my girlfriend. She got the vegetarian fried udons, it was cooked in egg and has vegetables including mushrooms and tofu. The smell was just amazing and the taste was as good as it smells! The portion size is mid to large.
I had the special pho which had a mix of beef, chicken, king prawns and came with mint, coriander, bean sprout and lemon. The broth was so tasty, it had the right balance of umami and sweetness. The portion size was also mid to large.
We ordered bubble tea as well, my girlfriend loves the matcha flavour. I ordered the mango flavour bubble tea, it had a lovely aroma without being overly sweet. Although I personally would prefer more sugar it was a good drink nevertheless.
It came down to roughly £13-14 per person which isn't too bad for somewhere to dine in. The price can hit 16-18 per person if you order extra sides.
Tldr; Aesthetic: 5/5 Vibes: 5/5 Customer service: 5/5 Vegetarian fried noodles: 5/5 Special pho: 5/5 Matcha bubble tea: 4/5 Mango fruit bubble tea: 3.5/5 Pricing: 4/5 Cleanliness: 4.5/5
Overall they deserve 5/5, I will be back here to try the other items on the menu!
They also take card...

The starters were just okay—and that’s me being generous. The main course, unfortunately, was completely bland and lacked any real flavor.
Despite this underwhelming experience, I still chose to order three dishes to take away. (A decision i question now)
After spending just over £70, I asked to use the toilet, only to be told it was "for paying customers only"—a baffling response considering the bill I had just paid.
Please believe I used the toilet.
When I got home and opened the takeaway, I was absolutely appalled to find a mosquito swimming in one of the dishes. As much i was surprised, it also doesnt, as we were constantly swatting flies away from our food at the restaurant.
I had traveled an hour and a half to get there, paid for parking, and genuinely looked forward to trying this place after seeing glowing reviews on social media.
Unfortunately, it was a letdown from start to finish, sub par food, and completely unacceptable hygiene standards.
It’s safe to say I will not be returning—and I strongly advise others to think twice...
Read moreThe name of this restaurant tells you it is a Vietnamese but you can find Japanese and Hong Hong style food too. Interesting that the crew speak fluent Cantonese and the song list was Canton pop in the 80s. Although they are Vietnamese but had lived in Hong Kong for years, that’s why they have included non-Vietnamese dishes in the menu.
I love the decor which is very spacious and cozy. Lovely food and big portions. Bun noodle salad with pork was my favourite. Pork was well marinated and you can tasted the lemongrass and different spices. Rather than the traditional deep fried spring rolls, try the steam rice rolls as they are not easily found in the local Vietnamese restaurants.
Pho is a signature dish in Vietnamese cuisine but I don’t recommend here, because the soup base is not rich enough. This made my experience a 4-star but the rest of the dishes were really good. We had feedback to the crew and hopefully they can do...
