I have never had a problem with this restaurant until today. I placed an order for collection for my colleague and I as we have a short lunch break. As I went to pay, one of the items was incorrect. I told the cashier about the mistake and explained what I had asked for which he told me they couldn't do, I then told him how that was not explained over the phone which I had repeated the request at least twice. So my colleague had to choose something else, I asked if the order sitting on the side was mine; the gentleman serving me said yes in which I replied, so isn't it going to get cold whilst the other items cooking? The clerk told me it would take 2-3 minutes. Once the mistake was fixed and we left with our orders I checked mine again and noticed a second mistake on my order which had been said back to me correctly but an ingredient was different. I went back in and waited again only 2-3 minutes but my colleague sat with her food cooling down at this point and my original side order! The reason I am so disappointed is because the cashier was actually the manager but in working in the same role previously I disagree with how he dealt with the situation, no apologies or good will gesture or even if they had cooked our order fresh and together after the first mistake, it wouldn't have been as bad; it wasn't even busy! After he had to deal with me telling him about the initial mistake he avoided me and had the two other workers assist in fixing what I believe to be his mistake as I am almost certain I spoke with him on the phone. I think I can be logical and very understanding in regards to this industry but think the gentleman (who may've had a bad day) needs some further training in management and...

Now upon entering the store no one was there to greet me which okay I let it slide usually when you enter restaurant someone is there to greet you to ask if you're eating in taking away so your needs are met, I had to go to the toilet and proceeded to go to the toilets as no one was there to greet me to give me my seats after coming back from the toilets to go and place an order at the till I was met with a very rude and unwelcoming stare and gaze which was given to me by the team manager who should be leading by example to her staff she was with a staff member so to look at me and gaze and stir at me instead of greeting me with the smile and asking me if I needed a seat or menu or how could she help she proceeded to dress me down and look me up and down which then led the staff member to do the same thing I mentioned that maybe a hello would suffice instead of just looking at me in a rude manner which was uncalled for and made me feel most unwelcome I almost walked out of the store to not have a meal there because of how rude and impolite the manager was why would I spend money in a place where I'm not being greeted politely and with respect the name of the manager was:
Skevy as I asked her colleague for the name upon leaving. Absolutely uncalled for and needs retraining. When she took the order it was super hard for her to smile or...
Read moreStaff were very rude and unhelpful during a catalogue of problems. The drinks machine was broken so we had to queue at the counter for a refill from a 2l bottle of Coca-cola - when we suggested taking the bottle to our table to save time, we were told this was not possible. After the arrival of our food, we discovered there were no forks or plates on which to put our meal from the sharing platter. Upon asking, we were told they would be there soon. Some 20 minutes later we were still waiting. When we finally could start our meal, we realised we had the wrong marinade on our chicken. The food itself was well cooked (if wrongly marinaded) and there are no quibbles with the price for the food - it is the service that was...
